Came to this room for Father's Day to have a good family experience, and got our escape room fun ruined. I took a couple pictures to remember the room which I have done at every single escape room I've been to and never had an issue with, and we were abruptly interrupted by a worker. Apparently he had warned us multiple times not to do that, but we never heard him and we are assuming the microphone was broken or something. They took us out of the room (on Father's Day by the way) and didn't let us finish the room. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. Had our great experience ruined when there were multiple other ways for them to handle the situation (coming from someone who actually works at an escape room business in the area). Very disappointing and I will never be going back to this escape room company ever again.
