De Conciërge [The Concierge]

What a wonderful escape room experience this was. I loved how the entire complex is fully immersed in the “hotel” theme, and how even the game hosts are part of that atmosphere. Ferry was our game host, and he truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment the door opened, he set the perfect tone. Afterwards, he took plenty of time to chat with us while we enjoyed a drink. Thanks to him alone, the experience was already fantastic. As for the room itself: a great story, beautiful set design, and challenging puzzles—everything you need for an excellent escape experience. You can really tell the creators have an eye for detail. I had such a good time: struggled, celebrated, and had several great eureka moments. I’m very curious to try their other rooms!

Set and puzzles were decent. I liked that there was more effort to telling a story than an average room. Overall a solid room, and unusual in that it's aimed at a duo, but otherwise did not stand out to me. I didn't like the tone of some of the audio cues - I'm sure it's intentionally abrasive, but I don't like getting put in that position.

Our interview for the Concierge position took some interesting twists. We were successful thankfully. Enjoyed our time here at Veloria.

This adventure is very original, but once again at Hotel Veloria they have managed to create a story that perfectly fits their hotel. It was surprising from start to finish and we had a blast uncovering the story of the concierge. To my feeling, this room is perfectly balanced for 2 players. It does help if you have played escape rooms together before.

Super unique experience for 2 players only. Puzzles are a bit on the harder side (considering that we both have done 80+ rooms) but completely possible to finish within 80 minutes. Intense and very enjoyable escape room overall. 100% Recommended

This was without a doubt the most exciting job interview I ever had.
