Newly constructed through a grant from NASA, Mars Base Eagle is a unique way to see what it would be like to live on Mars through a hands-on experience. We have created Mars Base Eagle to bring science and imagination together like no other place in the Twin Tiers. Whether through cutting edge educational curriculum, or personal browsing, you can unlock the challenges of maintaining a human colony on Mars! We invite families, school groups and individuals to visit and see for yourself what we have to offer. Imagine … How will you grow your food? What if a colonist gets sick? How do you protect your colony from fierce solar radiation? Working through these challenges, you will learn important lessons about living on Mars, that are applicable right here at home! And when an emergency arises, you and fellow colonists will have to collaborate to save Mars Base Eagle, racing the clock to provide a fix
