It was a normal summer, just like you’ve always had. The sun was getting closer to setting and you knew you needed to be home soon- but those lights. Those blinking, hypnotic lights. They called to you. You weren’t sure if you had ever seen something so beautiful. Curiosity drove you and your friends forward- ducking between branches as you pushed deeper into the neighboring forests hoping for just a second to hold the light in your hand. You’d seen these forests every day for so long but they began to look foreign to you. Where were you? Was there always a house here? The lights were gone. But maybe (just maybe) if you open the door you can find them. Only the truly Brave would push forward- are you ready to enter? Warlocked is an Adventure Fantasy game like no other. Set in a magical kingdom known only as Questoria, you and your friends will be tasked with saving a wizard, his heir and their kingdom from doom at the hands of an evil Warlock. You only have 60 minutes to free them and restore the magic of Questoria! Are you Brave enough to open the door?

Room was very immersive and well done. The room was moreso scattered than stream line so I recommend bringing about 5-7 people. We had brought 8 people, almost tried to bring 9 but they recommended not to and I'm glad we didn't because there were some points where I felt like I was just standing around doing nothing.

There were lots of jump scares but the storyline was kind of weak it had great aesthetics but the puzzles were being mostly done by the GM. We didn't know it was going to be a short room considering it is so pricey compared to other escape rooms in SoCal.l
The GM seemed to control it

We played this room with KD and it was an absolute blast. I would definitely recommend it to people who like silly magical things. The room was cute and well decorated. The puzzles were fun. KD was super nice and helpful. Definitely worth the trip

It was one of the most magical escape rooms I have been in. Change of moods, the live actor, the friends along the way, environment design and effects were absolutely beautiful. On the contrary, when we were leaving, there was a yucky taste because there were so many puzzles and things we have not even tried. Definitely not recommended for 2 people. Also, I guess the limit is not 1 hour but 50 mins, because our GM rushed us by unlocking things without solving and over-giving clues to finish in 50 mins top. If you have a family, everyone working on their own simple puzzle in parallel, this room is for you. We still wonder what the candles do, or how boxes are arranged by, or where the dragon egg is, etc. I think we did only 25% of the first room and the GM unlocked the door.

Hard
Individual puzzles were not hard at all but there are SO MANY of them, especially for 2 people to do in 50 mins.

Some puzzles were obviously turned on by the operator without us even trying, so I guess some of them were broken indeed.

I have mixed feelings about this escape room. I thought the set design and puzzles were well-done, but I don't remember a lot of the second half of the room because my team and I felt rushed through by our host. While succeeding is great, we still wanted to enjoy playthrough and understand the story, but I don't think any of us really know how we got to the end. I would still recommend trying it out, and hope others have a better experience.

This game still holds #1 for me. I enjoyed it all. It had clever and entertaining puzzles for the fam. I also loved our game master who made the experience so extraordinary.
