This room uses a lot of red hearings and misdirection/time suck features. It's a simple room but you need to remain disciplined to complete within the time. Theme is nicely done as are all escape game rooms

This game is very linear. I'm not gonna lie, we destroyed this room. We finished it so fast the game master was convinced we'd done it before. The puzzles are relatively predictable and the game relies on a misdirect to take up your time. This room is spectacular for it's theming and ambiance. The story is immersive and just a good time. I can see this room being good for kids. This room was on the smaller side (in space, not rooms) and felt full with four adults. I know we blew through this room, but I'd be remiss to express how much fun we really had doing it.
We ended up getting a private tour of the facility when we booked a late night game and they saw how big of fans we were of this company. The late night staff did an above and beyond job.

The rooms can be a bit cramped and the last room is very dark.
No
It has a front and back door, but the 'front' door is only open on busy days, so you are meant to enter through the back which is a pain to find.
Medium
The 'front' entrance has no parking since it is on a busy street, but the back entrance has a lot of parking

It wasn't bad, but the story is the dumbest part of this whole thing. It goes completely left and you start with one theme and then BAM complete 180. I had a lot of fun but the plot was dumb if you ask me.

Special Ops: Mysterious Market greatly lived up to its premise! A well-designed, well-constructed room with a well-paced story, clever interactions, and some brilliant solves. Really feels like you get two escape rooms for the price of one, which is incredible. This is my first experience at The Escape Game and I will definitely be back!
Loved both the tactile and tech-based puzzles. The "big board" in the latter half was particularly impressive. However, early in the game is non-linear, and later it is very linear. It took us a bit to regain our bearings on the gameplay in the second half.
Both sets are fantastic, with an edge going to the first one, imo.
Shoutout to our gamemaster TJ for offering hints at the perfect time but never forcing them without asking, for taking pictures for us at the end, and for just generally being super cool!

One of the better integrated escape room stories, if a bit predictable narratively. Still, well-timed and polished execution

We played the game with 5 and it was perfect. Do NOT play this game with 8 people. Far too small.

Certain doors confusingly didn't work about halfway through. Our gamemaster patched in and gave us instructions on what to do. No time removed from our gameplay, but we were confused for a minute about what was happening.

This game was fun. It left me wanting more, especially due to the price. The puzzles were very simple to solve but the story was great and there were videos that kept the story going throughout the room. Overall had fun but donβt think it was worth the price personally

Very few rooms are as immersive as this experience. You begin in a very realistic Moroccan Market (spices, tile pattern, glass doors on market stores (Iβve spent weeks in Morocco), the props are obviously authentic to the region and the happenstance solutions are realistic and keep you in the game. Once the plot twist occurs, the game becomes what was promised, Ops with of course more twists and turns. It was fantastic and gave legit Mission Impossible Vibes with the tasks and tech. Iβd play it again just to live in Spy Universe for another hour.

This is easily our favorite game weβve done at The Escape Game. The atmosphere and gameplay in the first half of the room was fantastic. Really great use of space. There were some neat tricks/mechanics and it was just a super fun experience all around. Daniel was FABULOUS and took really great care of us. Definitely recommend this one.
Daniel was so amazing! We had a hiccup on our last visit here and he genuinely wanted to turn things around for us here. Last visit, we left frustrated. This visit, we left elated. He had us feeling really positive and excited walking into the room. Once we finished, we were looking forward to talking to him again. Hands down the best customer service/employee interaction weβve ever had here. Thanks, Daniel!!
