Game felt choppy to us. No AC and 1 fan made for a sweaty time…and an essential component was misplaced costing us a bit of time.

Scooby, Shaggy, and the gang need your mystery-solving help…or else! The town of Crystal Cove and surrounding areas are being terrorized by monsters and ghosts, and now the local Baroness Maria Richman has gone missing and it is suspected that the ghost sightings have something to do with it! Tasked with solving the crime, you arrive at the same conclusion as Mystery Incorporated. But when you get to the Spooky Castle, Mystery Inc. gets locked out, at the same time you get locked in! You soon realize that they’re able to help by communicating clues via magic portraits inside the Castle. After discovering a secret dungeon and monster lab in the castle, you come to the conclusion that the person responsible almost certainly works in the castle - but who could it be as there are several suspects??

Overall I liked the room, the puzzles were good and the atmosphere was nice. However, the AC in the room was broken!! It was hot! They were nice enough to offer to switch us to another room, but we declined. They gave us free waters though, which was great. Some of the pieces were worn, and a trapdoor was stuck and had to be freed by the GM. But we did it!
Gameplay
It went well but a trapdoor got stuck and didn’t open fully, so we needed the GM to open it.
Atmosphere
Pretty nicely designed but some of the pieces were pretty worn making it hard to read.

The AC in the room was broken!!! The trapdoor on the bookshelf was stuck and wouldn’t open fully, GM had to come in and fix it. The puzzle pieces with the rooms on it were pretty badly worn, making them hard to read.

We had so much fun and Kyle was a great game master! We got out with three minutes to spare. I enjoyed the challenge of the more difficult puzzles and the way everything tied together.

This was so much fun! Also very challenging. We flew thru the first room and got cocky - we were humbled in rooms 2 and 3. Luckily escaped just in time!

This was a lot of fun, three rooms and pretty challenging. We did it with our 10 year old but I think it's fun for adults too. Well put together set and awesome puzzles
