2 escape rooms
I have only been to three others escape rooms, but this was definitely the least impressive. I guess I have gotten extremely lucky with the other ones. My friends and I did the Atlantis experiment. Everything was very old and worn out, so it made it hard to read, and you had a flashlight to look at everything. The host seemed tired and cranky. Maybe it was an off night for him. All around definitely the jankies escape room I’ve been to. The lights being off just made it annoying, especially when all of the paint was used and worn off. Decorations were half broken and mediocre.

If i could give it a—Meh. I would but I did enjoy it for the memories purely. As far as puzzle satisfaction—I wouldn’t necessarily say they were my favorite/however were novel to the story/room itself. My biggest criticism is not necessarily the puzzles themselves —as they were honestly kind of fun—But it was the WEAR AND TEAR ON EVERY PROP. I swear—every prop was broken or damaged in some way! Not that it necessarily affected the puzzle itself but it kind of ruined the immersion in a way. In many ways too—the theme of the initial set up was very nicely designed—BUT then lost it near the end of the game—so the set design was not the most cohesive either. I would say Gen 1 to 2 in locks—medium difficulty relying on reading and observational skills mostly! Slight scavenger aspect in the beginning but nothing too intense. Overall I had fun—but i think a refurb would do it wonders.
I wish the immersion followed through the entire room—had a good moment but kind of lost it as it showed how dated the room is. The theme didnt really translate anymore moving forward other than having thematic puzzles in a room near the end.

High tech
I say this loosely—as its more gen 1.5 to 2. Relying on sensors/mechanically inserting/placing things or positioning of objects to do stuff but nothing very WOW.

Great for those looking for a challenge. The theming isn't the best I've seen but these puzzles are one of a kind!
Fun puzzles but weak story line
The set didn't match the underwater story

Love it! They did a great job with the atmosphere in the room and making you truly feel like you were scuba diving underwater. The intro video was well done, too. We had a pretty large group (8 - 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) and everyone found something to tackle and help the team escape. There were a lot more puzzles to solve in this game than keys/locks to find (e.g. the solving of the puzzle would activate something else for us in the room), so that was a nice little change. Overall, we loved it and had a great time!

This was my 6th game and we had a group of 5 adults & 3 kids. The decorations and puzzles were clever. I liked that this was a non-linear game so that everyone in our group had a chance to work on a task. I think we asked for help three times. Our GM was super-sweet and helpful. We'll be back soon to try another room.
The theme was fun and the decorations unique. There were a few puzzle ideas that I have not encountered yet (although I've only attempted 6 games so I'm a bit of a newbie)
I liked the decorations.
Our GM was super-sweet and was good about letting us know the time.

Again, I liked the decorations.

Very immersive! You can tell the room is a little older and lower tech than most, but the puzzles are challenging which made it awesome! I would definitely recommend this room to people who have done >5 escape rooms, so that you don’t struggle to much!

Great storyline story challenging puzzles. Game is a little dated now - some broken items and older tech. Still, very fun game. Definitely recommend.

This was a fun one. It was a little confusing what the point was at first, but eventually we understood the goal. The puzzles were fun and it kept us challenged the whole time.
