Permanently Closed - You are a team of monster hunters and you suspect that the famous Yeti is at the origin of natural disasters which risks burying your village under the snow. The mayor of the village has issued measures to restrict access to an area of the village where the weather conditions are becoming increasingly dangerous. One of your hunting party members, Nestor, who resides in this sector, is missing. Since he has a terrible memory, you fear for his safety. You and your team decide to go to Nestor's house to investigate his disappearance. Once in front of his cabin, you find that it is locked. You will have to try to infiltrate it to demystify the disappearance of your friend.

This was an improvement over The Legend of the Rough Diamond, though it still felt like it could use some polish. There's more interesting props and interactions than in Diamond, and not everything is a mechanical lock. The set goes from "OK, I can see what the designer was thinking" in the first space to passably immersive in the second. Puzzles were fine. Another review said the game was only partially in English, but neither of us speak French and I don't remember having any problems.

There are some restrictions on who can park where in the nearby parking lot, but the staff thoughtfully was able to direct us to a safe area.

Even though the place could use a good cleaning 🫤, the game was really good. The decor was beautiful. The puzzles ranged from easy to moderate. With six of us (including two teens who don't do this often), we finished in a respectable amount of time.
