We came because a friend recommended a the game having a high production value. The rooms were pretty cool and it gave some nice jump scares. Unfortunate we were really looking for puzzles but just got somewhat of just a horror room walk through. There were many automated ghosts in each room that gave very frequent hints and was basically guiding us through the room. The game master also gave us pretty frequent unsolicited hints. Again, if you're looking for a scary experience, I would recommend this. But wouldn't, if your looking for challenging puzzles.

Our GM was great, but I would recommend that they give less puzzles. Like other escape rooms, establish a gesture for the players to do for a hint.

A disappointing experience—not so much a puzzling escape room and more of a spooky walkthrough. We were able to do some puzzling but for the most part the spirits in the hotel push you through, telling you what to do, often with no cluing to make any sense. The set is very good and some of the special effects were outstanding, but the puzzles and story were underwhelming. Continues the 60Out trend that their latest games are more tech, weaker puzzling, less sophisticated than their older games. Maybe they have decided to only focus product on new, inexperienced players?

This room made me jump a few times. It was soooo much fun. Our group was a mix of first timer and enthusiasts. We all had a great time and can't wait to do more rooms.

Such a fun and absolutely terrifying experience. not much of an escape room a couple keys and one combination code. I always read reviews that say “it was more of an experience than an escape room” now I know what those reviews mean. This was definitely more of an experience than an escape room. However, it was so much fun and I definitely recommend. Will absolutely be back to try the others.

Overall the set was super fun and added to the story. But during this experience, my team and I were confused or just lost on what to do next. There is so much in this experience, that it’s easy to get lost on what goes where, and on top of that most times if something is not set right, the next movement won’t be triggered letting you know if you’ve completed what was needed to move on.

Super confusing on what was supposed to be next when solving a puzzle. Most of the time, we weren’t even sure if a puzzle was completed or if we were missing something.

Fun room, fairly easy. There were a few jump scare moments. And a surprise or 2. Totally linear, so we had to work together to keep moving forward.
