Their crime? Wanting to live their life with full autonomy, just like you and me. When you arrive, you'll meet a contact who'll help you get deeper inside the facility. Instead of a traditional escape room, this was more game-like. The idea is to solve the puzzles in each room so that you can free as many robots as possible. But you only get so long in each room (description says it’s impossible to save all; so just save as many as you can). Really neat concept and we had a great time. Big thanks for there being no age limit. We were in town for vacation and couldn’t find a sitter to take our 21 month old while we did the game. So he came with us!! Staff was super accommodating and nice when they really didn’t have to be. Toddler hung out in the room with his tablet and water bottle and occasionally wandered around to check things out. We got out with a score of 861 (game master said high score was 900-something) so I feel decent!!
Very welcoming considering we couldn’t find a sitter for our 21 month old

Every room is pretty dim so vision issues could pose a problem. You have to crawl from first to second room but there is an option to leave out the main door and enter the second door to skip the tunnel crawl

I think we saved 864 robots with just two of us, I know at least I had mixed feelings about this one, it started as a pretty cool escape room with the types of puzzles there where, but as the room progressed it turned more into a game, which I know is it’s purpose, the games themselves were just the tiniest bit frustrating. Overall it was a super fun experience and I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a different experience

This is simply not an escape room. It’s a cool concept, but not executed well. Definitely a skip!!

I was laughing hysterically at myself. This was one of my favorite games because I felt pure joy. Despite my mistakes, they said our score was the highest they have seen. I feel this room deserves a much better score on Morty.

I really liked this game. It was different. It is a bit like a video game. But it’s really fun trying to figure out what you’re trying to do in each room. It’s like a 5wits but more interactive. Don’t expect a standard escape room. Expect an immersive robot video game with a highly interactive play style and immersive set design.
I’m surprised at the comments. The first room was okay and then I loved the rest of the rooms. It was a novel cool concept.
The set design was absolutely amazing. Immersive and really awesome.
Yes! It can be replayed. I’d play it again. It is similar to a video game. But more than that. It was fun.

I agree with the people who said that the first game was great but the rooms that followed really disappointed. It was more like a series of arcade games than anything else.

Okay, heres the thing, they tried something different with this one. The opening room was great, but after that it fell apart quickly. You have to play multiple half chewed video games that are endless and are just played on a timer. As one of my friends said. “They weren’t fun if you don’t play video games, but they were horribly basic if you do enjoy playing video games.” So this begs the question who is this experience really for. I think the real pit fall comes down to the lack of satisfaction from playing the video game portions of this room. The decor and story are great for what it’s worth.

So this room is my least favorite here because some of the puzzles/games get tedious since you keep doing them over and over until your time in that room is up. BUT it also has some of the most puzzle-y puzzles of any of their rooms in the first room. I loved the puzzles but was not as big of the fans of the parts that were more like mini-games.
Every room was like a game “level” where you had so much time to get as much done as you could
Really cool set throughout
Bobby and Bec were awesome!

I’ve been to The Bureau and have played every game so far, they have all been 5 stars without a doubt. This room gets a lot of flack for not being a traditional escape room, and I understand the frustration of someone expecting that experience and presented with something different. However, we knew going into this that it was different type of experience and based on the negative reviews, our expectations were also very low. The first room was promising with great theming and decent puzzles, but only gets much worse from there. The games are essentially poorly made video games that you would get from from a handheld disposable game in plastic blister packaging from your local Walgreens. It felt like they figured out ChatGPT could code a simple game and decided to save on labor costs by telling AI to write the code for the game. One of the rooms the games didn’t even work and there was nothing we could do but wait for our time limit in the room to expire so we could move on to the next one. I’m not disappointed that they tried something new and we didn’t get a traditional escape room experienced, I’m disappointed in the quality of the games we played, the fact that some of them didn’t even work, and that this game has been operating for a few months now with horrible reviews, some even being consistent with the fact that games were literally not working, and it seems like they invested too much money to take the L and either tear it down completely or at least remove the gimmick and salvage it into a proper escape room experience.
