Definitely a smaller room than expected, but still a very fun game with a group of friends

Genevieve was our game guide. First escape room experience for my girlfriend and I. It was a lot of fun. Hints were given when asked, and presented in a way that still allowed solving the puzzles to be satisfying. Highly recommend this room.

An incredibly immersive experience. The decor and theme were so good it felt like we were on a movie set or a theme park. The set and puzzles were designed perfectly for this game, and I loved all the moving parts. The game master was kind and very in-character. The hints and communication were the most creative I’ve seen yet!

This was my first experience with a really immersive theme and very committed game guide. The puzzles and the art were so lovely, I even went back for a Jewel of the Sea souvenir pin and necklace.

We were recommended this room by a several other GMs at other escape room companies while we were in Cali for an escape room vacation. It is a very cute room. Some puzzles were unique. We ended up squeezing this room in last minute (super late at night after many other rooms and driving) because we didn’t want to miss out. It was an okay room and I would still recommend it. But I wouldn’t go out of your way to check it off the list.

Great fun, great GM, good flow, some fresh takes on classic puzzles.
A nice mix of physical puzzles and magic objects

Did this room with my 9 year old and we both really enjoyed it. Game master was super fun as well and kept us pointed in the right direction at a few crucial points.

Jewel of the Sea is a fun pirate game for 2-3 people max. We had four people in our group and blew past the puzzles too quickly that we were left wanting more. Our GM was incredibly enthusiastic and helped set a fun atmosphere. One puzzle in particular ranked above the rest for us and I’d love to try it again.

Good: Set was great and the talking parrot was very fun! Bad: there weren’t that many puzzles and the room is fairly linear. A couple puzzles rely on spotting hidden things so it’s easy to get stuck with nothing else to do. There were a handful of red herrings. I guess just in general the puzzle design felt kinda meh. The room also felt kind of short. You can definitely tell this room is dated and I’m surprised it won Best of Morty 2024 over Tipsy Tailor, which I really really enjoyed.
