In “Diamond Quest,” you assume the role of esteem archaeologists embarking on a perilous journey into the depths of the Central American jungle, seeking the legendary Diamond of the Gods. Your destination: an abandoned mine, infamous for a mysterious and deadly explosion in 1987 that claimed the lives of many miners. Highly recommend! Very immersive with fun and unique puzzles. We escaped with two people and had a great time from start to finish. Really friendly staff, we enjoyed our room master a lot. She has a great sense of humor, kind, and accommodating.

Very immersive atmosphere and creative puzzles to put you into the Indiana Jones like movie! Puzzles were logical and flowed well. Very cool effects of going ‘deeper’ underground. Love the props!

A newer player to escape rooms this one was slightly frustrating. The communication with the game master, although the method was true to the time period of the store theme, was difficult to hear and she never communicated with us unless we reached out first. Wasted a lot of time in the first room until we figured out we had to do one puzzle at a time instead of working individually to complete them. However, the props and set was great! Super grateful for the set of flashlights that we got in the second room.

I’m very conflicted with this review. Yes the lobby is amazing and it has a great story. I’m frustrated with the room because it was WAY too hot and I got a migraine because of it. Personally I hate when I can’t do anything because each puzzle leads to the next and you can’t move forward. I also hate when they hide things in dark places and don’t give you enough light. There were 5 of us and several times that we couldn’t do anything because the pieces were locked up or in the dark. I also think we should’ve been given something to write on and we weren’t. The phone system for clues is cute but honestly annoying because it wasn’t loud enough to be heard with all the background noises.

Hard
Only because you had to go in a particular order and often players couldn’t do anything waiting for others.

We have been blessed in Phoenix with another Gen 3 escape room ! Paragon, Nemesis and now Paranoia Quest. Multi room, immersive, cohesive puzzles. I almost forgot I was in Tempe for a second in the Diamond Quest room. Can’t wait to see what they come with in future !

Amazing theming not only in the room but the lobby as well. Working candy machines and arcade while you wait. We did Diamond Quest and had a great time. Good variety of locks and puzzles with multiple rooms. Nothing too difficult and is family friendly.

Been wanting to do an escape room for many years and I'm so happy this was my first one! Loved the set-up of being a video store trainee, the organizing really spoke to me haha. My bf and I did the Diamond Quest challenge, and although we didn't finish, we got pretty far! 3 separate rooms with pretty fun snd interesting puzzles, sets were top- notch. Def recommend more than 2 people for first try. Walter and Jordan were great, definitely would love to come back.

We drove 7 hours through rain traffic and detours to play Diamond Quest at Quest video. Let me just say this was an amazing room. As soon as we enter the lobby we will put straight to work organizing videos like we were actually employees our game master Walter was amazing thank you for great time.

I love the ambition of this. The lobby is unique and a lot of fun. The room itself is solid. There are some fun/unique moments. Love the size of the room and the progression of the rooms. I would feel good about recommending it to people. Our GM was great.

Some crawling but nothing too strenuous.
I’m not sure if they have a solution for people in wheelchairs but there are multiple steps in the room and crawling involved so probably not super accessible
