This room was awful. You are essentially standing in the same space the entire time and literally get every lock and puzzle at once and have to make sense of it all with very little direction. The puzzles are not clear, the game flow is not clear, and the props need updated to be able to decipher what’s on them. The worker wasn’t paying attention to our game and had no idea how to help us when we had a question. This was such an awful experience. I almost walked out, but we ended up guessing the last code, even though we hadn’t opened 2 lock boxes yet. 0/10 recommend.

No music, no special effects, all in one room, duct tape on walls.
Customer service
Worker there didn’t pay attention to when we needed clues, wasn’t sure what clue to give us, and don’t care that we did not enjoy this room at all.
