Steampunk Train

I wasn't thrilled with the room or, to be honest, the experience as a whole. Heads up, if you are someone who has to go to the restroom before a room, go before you get there. The room doesn't have one and you'll need to hike through the mall to find one. The room was gorgeous to look at and really have the impression that this was going to be a great room. Darkness is used as a puzzle (which I always hate) and there seemed to be a way to bring light to the room. I did it four times and provided light for my husband to search by but apparently I didn't do it long enough and the lights shut off. Since we didn't realize we needed to do it longer we searched and found items out of order which then threw us off later on. The puzzles were interesting and fun for the most part but others made little to no sense. They were nice and let us finish when we ran out of time. Not the worst room we've ever done but far from the best.

Wasn’t really a fan of this one. Some of the puzzles were frustrating. I’m glad they gave a few extra minutes to complete the escape though.

The game flowed relatively well except that there was a red herring object retrieved from a locked location that appeared to be tied to another lock but was not. It even had a number on it indicating it might be a part of a number lock.

Cool decor, in the darker side. Interesting puzzles! Did like their Alice slightly better given more rooms and theming more to my liking.

Fun room but some of the puzzles were more frustrating than clever. It also took us way too long to turn on the lights but that may have been on us

a decent game with fun puzzles and an interesting theme. nothing too special compared to their other games

Decent room. Starts very dark but eventually brightens up. Some good puzzles. Some confusing puzzles. We got out with no hints. One thing did not open completely/obviously which delayed us. I prefer Alice’s dream here.

Cool story line, friendly staff.

Not the most exciting room but still fun, some aspects were really original and we finished with only 2 hints used, the room was pretty dim so that added a level of complexity but eventually we were able to add some light ;)

I REALLY wanted to enjoy this room more than I did. The room looks great and a lot of the puzzles have cool tech and special effect elements to them. Unfortunately my small but experienced team found ourselves frustrated with some of the puzzles and overall gameplay elements. We found it difficult to know “where to start“ in this room, and some of the puzzles were a bit vague or required a few leaps of logic, which unfortunately led us off to a slow start. The room is not completely linear, which is fine, but we found ourselves doing things that felt “out of order,” which sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. When we asked for hints, we were often surprised by the directions the game master led us. I think with a little tweaking or streamlining this room could be improved greatly, because there really are some fun elements here, especially once we got past the first 1/3 or so of the room. Also, there are a LOT of great ER companies in Las Vegas so I’m probably judging a little more harsher than if this room was in another city.
