Hands down my favorite escape room venue! The clues are intuitive, everything works in the room, and the game masters are awesome! After having a bad experience at another escape room in town, we came here to do another one because they are so good!

I love Doldrick's. They have figured out the recipe for a wonderful escape room experience and deliver time and again. Red Sled Redemption (awesome name) is a perfect example of this. "Seasonal" (but actually year-round) Christmas games are pretty common. They usually have the same theme: Save Christmas by finding Santa's list or recover the missing presents. Not this one! Santa's sleigh has broken down & you work for an Elf auto mechanic so get cracking! The set and the puzzles are a perfect combination of auto garage & Christmas themes. For example: You need to get the pump working so you can fill up Santa's sled...with milk! Throw in little extras like background music from a radio that is tuned in to an 24 hour Elf station playing not just music, but commentary from elf DJ's & you see why this room is a must-do. Come to Doldrick's and make sure Red Sled is on your must-do. And also Captain Spoopy Bones. And also Crazy Train. If there's time, throw in...you know what? Just plan to spend a day here and do all their games. It's worth it!

We think this is clearly doldricks worst room. It was better than most holiday rooms in our experience but left a little to be desired compared to the rest of their rooms. It had a fairly novel premise but just didn't quite hit right. If you can only do one room, I would go to one of the other rooms imo. Still fun, just pales in comparison to a room like crazy train or spoopy bones. As with all our rooms at doldricks, our hosts were great

Did require one player to get under the sleigh like a mechanic
One player had to get under the sleigh like a mechanic which would be tough for someone with mobility issues. Also one puzzle's visuals were fairly high up

Great game and puzzles. It's considered nonlinear but this was the best nonlinear I've ever played.

Difficult and unforgettable single-room experience with a ton of stuff to do! My favorite room at Doldrick's (having done all but the Graveyard game). Great mix between physical gadgetry (wires, locks, Christmas tree ornaments, postcards, candy canes, milk, cookies, candy canes and air pumps) and tech-y buttons and sensors. The use of traditional "Christmas-y" decorations in unfamiliar ways was unforgettable. Highly recommend (... but bring your A-game!)

Hard
Between hard and expert. Nothing was hard for "hard's sake".
High tech
It's deceptive - a lot of physical manipulation in a high-tech room!

We had 3 people but the game isn't linear, so there was a lot that could be done separately. 4 or 5 would make it a little easier.

No running but there was a lot of manipulating small items. One person has to get under the sleigh at some point, but not everyone does.
OK. There is a section that requires someone to lie on his/her back, but the other people do not need to do this.

Yes but terrible Kissimmee traffic... Oy vey.

Despite consisting of only one room, this escape room had a lot of things going on and was quite challenging. As the name might suggest, this is a comedic Christmas themed room that definitely does not take itself seriously. There were plenty of references to pop culture (though I surprisingly missed any reference to Red Dead Redemption if there was any). Space was pretty limited here, but they made sure to use every inch of the room at least. I like that the entire time, you feel like you and your team are working towards something and can get an idea of how you're progressing. At the completion of the mission, I did feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that we saved Christmas Day.

Recommend 2 mostly for space reasons, but I would say there is enough things to do for 4 players to be fully engaged.

A super unique Christmas themed room with the unusual angle of sleigh repair shop. It’s a fun mashup of themes that Doldrick’s handles well. The props are masterfully made by elves themselves. And the main attraction, Santa’s sleigh, is large and in charge. There is an annoying portion during this nonlinear room that requires an entire manual to complete. I don’t usually mind when there are guided instructions to a puzzles. However, when there is an entire booklet and answer sheet given and the puzzle remains confusing, it’s just unintuitive. Considering the festive theme, we are not at all expecting this to be the hardest room during our 5-game marathon. That said, the room, which has its own entirely original holiday radio station, is made with love. And the large prop that the room centers on takes the lead effectively. I would say these are some of the most unique Christmas themed puzzles in the business! Whether tis the season or not, get your red sled redemption at the Holly Jolly Hubcap Repair!

A fun non linear room where our team could do different parts at the same time! The humor and set design were fantastic! What I really appreciate about Doldrick’s besides the humor is that this is the first escape room company that will take the players into the room before they’ve heard the rules. Once you enter into the game, the room will be dark and players will watch that game’s specific introduction video with rules pertaining to that game. This was a breath of fresh air! I’m used to watching a video in a common area before playing a game but not at Doldrick’s!

As usual at Doldrick's, humor is the strong point. The intro video did a great job setting the scene and simultaneously being hilarious. Don't be fooled by the one room nature - I still got a sense of exploration, and the puzzles were solid.

This game is not linear, but it is still certainly fun and solvable. This escape room company has some of the best rooms I have ever done and this room did not disappoint. I don’t think this is a good room for beginners/first room ever, but the puzzles were fun and very well themed. It can be overwhelming at times with how much there is to do, but once you get going, it flows well. I would not have more than 4 people in the room, as it is a tight squeeze.

“Red Sled Redemption included many layered solves that required coordinated teamwork.“
“We all agreed the fun factor of this room really is heightened by the Christmas season“
