Pandora’s Box

One of those rooms where you can feel the love and passion the creators put into it. Set design was really awesome and had cool effects, puzzles were new and unique. Definitely worth a try. No more than 4 people though. Did this with 2, had some time left over.

A lot of really fun effects, but unfortunately completely linear, with only one single-player puzzle available at a time, despite the central set piece being a big cube with separate puzzles on each side. Very much a single-player experience, with all of the puzzles presented one at a time, and none needing more than one player to solve. In fact, there were several times where one player would be doing the one puzzle available, and have to "shoo away" the other players who were trying to help but were just getting in the way. Two of the puzzles were of the frustrating "button 1 rotates A 90*, and B 180*, button 2 rotates B -90* and C 180*, etc." variety, and several of the locks had been lazily scrambled so that they were already set to about 80% of the solution. One neat thing is that this room had "bonus puzzles", which are unlocked by how much time is left when you complete the room, and then how much time is left when you complete each subsequent bonus puzzle. We got through 2, and I think there are 4 total. That's a cool twist that I'd love to see more of.

Fun and hightech but very linear (which is not necessarily good or bad)

Very high tech and very immersive. It was honestly a really cool room and I love what Trapped does with their rooms.

The room itself is very detailed, props are very well made and the perfect environment for the room. Some puzzles you really need to pay attention to the small detail to get where you need to go. Room flows perfectly. Game master (Tyler) was awesome and got into character the whole time, which gave the game the even more of a twist.

We enjoyed the puzzles in the room. The GM told us that we were able to complete the standard and optional puzzles with about eight minutes left. We appreciate rooms that have varying degrees of difficulty. For folks that really look forward to exploring new spaces within an escape room, you will likely be disappointed, but I thought the use of space was quite efficient and matched the story well. I would highly recommend not playing with more than a group of two.

Good little room. Some of the puzzles are unique, definitely liked two of them that were practical and made you think. Actual puzzle to complete isn't terribly hard, but there are additional "adaptive" puzzles that get pretty difficult. Atmosphere and effects are good, and very solid.

Immersive gameplay with extra elements (literally) added to enhance the experience, including our gamemaster, Rose, who did an excellent job getting into character to guide the gameplay as we solved the room. Appreciated the bonus puzzles as a reward for completing early

Awesome escape room! very intelligent puzzles and the tech to make this room exciting. A must try room if you like tech within your escape room!

We had a blast in this room and I loved the puzzles. Good mix of high tech and low tech puzzles and some I haven’t seen before.
