Solid game for experienced players don’t walk in expecting a challenge. Great room for beginners and families with small children.
It was very cute and very story driven.
Clearly TVs but we’re incorporated into the room well

Fun little scooby doo escape room! Pretty easy but it’s made for children

This is a super fun room, especially for people who haven’t played many escape rooms. Overall it was a great experience, we escaped with over 20 minutes left, but it almost felt too simple for a lot of it. There were only a couple of cons to it. There was two elements that were pointless, as you could do another puzzle without even having to complete them. Also, there was lots of confusion while doing a puzzle with books on how to mechanically input the correct answer and that slowed us WAY down. But it’s a great starter room or room for kids, just nothing interesting for hardcore escape room people!

There wasn’t exactly a story, more like individual puzzles associated with Scooby Doo characters!

The appeal of this room is all about the scooby doo theming of course. It made for a very fun experience with friends! Besides the theming, the room itself was on the easy side to complete. All of the puzzles were linear for the most part and everything flowed really well. There were some unique ones in there that I really enjoyed!
It was novel in the sense of the use of the scooby doo IP. All the puzzles made really good use of that, which made for a very fun “who dunnit”. Game flowed really well.
Full of nostalgia
Staff and GM were great and very helpful.
Easy
I thought all the puzzles were very intuitive and the clues very clear, which made it relatively easy to figure out.

A fun game not overly difficult but very well crafted using the Scooby Doo IP. Great job by the creators and staff.
Loved the scooby doo IP very fun and entertaining!
Yes , atmosphere brought back nostalgia of my youth watching the cartoon.
Staff was excellent.
Creative use of the IP

Must do for any Scooby-Doo lover! Loved the room. Another person in my group said they wish there was less technology involved but to each their own. Well decorated and would recommend to anyone! Glad we went and escaped!

Scooby Doo and the Spooky Castle Adventure succeeds at capturing the vibes of a Scooby-Doo mystery, with some very fun puzzles, but poor maintenance and operations hindered it from being anything more than a "like".
The puzzles, especially the running puzzles, were amazing and on-theme. However, there were some unnecessarily complex puzzles with finicky input mechanisms that stopped the room in its tracks, in addition to instructions that were at times both too detailed and too vague.
Lots of wear and tear on the room. Peeling wallpaper, worn props. For a room based on a cartoon, I wish they would've taken the extra step to animate the gang. Additionally, while the music fits, it is full of misleading sound effects that often confused us.
Staff were kind and accommodating, especially when two of our group members were late. However, they failed to recover after a devastating technical malfunction at the end of our game.

To see the implementation of IP with official voice actors!
The story might've been good, wouldn't know because the "lose" ending played for us, despite our winning :/
Medium
Excellent difficulty curve. With some tweaking, the gameplay would be ideal for beginners.
Mechanical
One or two high tech puzzles.

We made it out in 50 minutes. After typing in the code, the "failure" ending played. When the host came in after, we brought this up, and she said "it does that sometimes, it's spooky". A nice try to recover, but we all felt disappointed. To boot, I was sent the "you failed to escape" email after as well. Put a very sour end to our experience and ruined the narrative.

We expected this room to be on the easier side but our team had a few challenges. We may have just underestimated the room since it's themed after a classic cartoon. Some of the props were damaged, which was disappointing and some of the puzzles and game flow didn't make sense to us. I love Scooby Doo and it's fun to be able to say I did this room but it could have been a better experience.
A lot of back and forth and some puzzles that didn't flow well with story in our opinion.
Damaged prop knights cabinet/ sword and one of the puzzles seemed warn and hard to line up for final code to escape.

Fun room that I specifically waited to do with my 6 year old twins and they had so much fun. I was surprised at how much they were able to help with the room until the very end when puzzles felt a little convoluted just for the sake of it which can be frustrating. Game master helped us along during those parts and I would still recommend the game.. especially for families

A bit more convoluted than it needed to be. Some puzzles were fun but my kiddo struggled to complete any without adult help. We did this room for her and it was not as fun as we imagined.
