Youβve been hired to stay the night at the run-down Starlight Motel in an attempt to learn their secrets. What you uncover is much more terrifying than you could have imagined.

Another wonderful room by this company! Eden did a great job we really appreciate the amount that this staff truly cares about the rooms. This room does have an actor in it and is on the jump scare/eerie side. I wouldn't consider it a difficult room by any means and your very helpful new pal Lou is there if you need any assistance.
Very immersive

This place is great. The level of immersion and attention to detail for the game master inclusion and the game play - just all amazing. Must. Do.
So much fun. Lots of jokes and interactions with the actor - but this, of course, is dependent on you and how you interact.

This was a very unique, immersive escape room! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Some of the puzzles were a bit simple but that was made up for with the interactive nature of the game. The live actor was great and I would definitely recommend!

Very unique concept and execution!
The plot was very memorable and immersive.

The puzzles were relatively simple but the nature of the game made for some unexpected twists.

Scary
Based on the reviews I had seen prior to entering, I thought this room would be scarier than it was. Yes, there were jump scares but the scare factor didnβt overshadow the game. I was spooked when I was in the room but I wonβt be having nightmares about the game.

It was a very good room. I am not a lover of scary rooms, and while that did detract some for me, I am glad we played it. I am a lover of the puzzles in rooms, and those were a bit meh. The live actor is what makes this room special. It is absolutely an immersive experience. I really enjoyed the fact that there wasn't an obvious clock counting down the time. I also loved the hint system that really just added to the immersion.
It told a good story.
The atmosphere was very immersive, although there was nothing amazing about the set and props.

This room was SO exciting! Highly immersive and even better if you can get into the improv with the staff. The twists and turns in this room kept our hearts pounding and our faces smiling.
We only ran into a little confusion about what areas of the room we should be exploring or not, but the actor's role made it easy for them to course correct us all within the immersiveness of the game. Similarly, we had trouble with a puzzle because it was so dark we literally missed a set of clues entirely.
Totally felt like a seedy motel. REALLY low lighting added to the vibe. The actor was the perfect complement to the scene.
The actors/GM were super amazing, kind, and talented. We had fun chatting with them after the game.

This one really kept me on the edge of my seat! Needing to be sneaky around the actor was a super fun touch, and even though I don't tend to jump scare, the more jumpy moments certainly added to the intensity.
Yeah, no way to forget this one.

We played with 2 and it was fine. 3 or 4 would probably also work, depending on the folks with you. The first area would be fairly cramped with more than 2.
Scary
This environment was less supernatural/sci fi than Dark Lullaby or Help Wanted, and the realism made it more scary than spooky.

Definitely more mature themes in this one than Dark Lullaby or Help Wanted.

The actor is crucial to this game, and they played their role incredibly well
Somewhat
This game is waaaaaaay too dark to be easily played. I don't know if they have an option to turn up lights for some audiences, but I totally understand why they keep it dark. We got flashlights, but they weren't sufficient. We didn't mind because the actor filled in the gaps for us - just something to be aware of.

This is to date my favorite room ever. The set was amazing, the story was great, the puzzles were awesome, but I really think the icing on the cake was the actor, and the incredible blend of all those things together. This rooms really had it all for me, and despite the fact that I really was terrified beyond all reasoning I left with a huge grin on my face. I absolutely LOVED this room.
The gameplay was great. I love that there were enough puzzles to make the room challenging, but not too many to convolute the story.
Perfection. Everything was just right, again nothing distracting but enough to set the mood and tell the story.
Our GM and actor were AMAZING. So good at what they do and obviously love it!

I have heard so many good things about this room and no one was lying. Despite the fact that Iβm a chicken and this room was terrifying it is my favorite room to date. The experience was absolutely the best.
Amazing! Everything was perfection, terrifying, hilarious, and amazing. The best story in an escape room ever.
Hard
Probably because I was terrified but it seemed really hard to me.
Iβd say it was a great blend of both.

Rating: 5/5 Wow, I've never had so much fun in room. The live actor was there almost the entire time and was awesome, she was the highlight of the entire experience. It was overall so immersive and I love that we had to do some role-playing. It was just the right amount of scariness for me, we weren't so paralyzed with fear that we couldn't solve puzzles, it was less scary than a haunted house. We played as team of 2 which was fine but maybe 1 more person would've been better. We also played their Help Wanted and Dark Lullaby rooms at their other location. Starlight and Dark Lullaby were our favorites, but it's hard to pick which one is better because they have different strengths. Starlight is more classic horror and the interactions with the actor were more fun. Dark Lullaby is more psychological horror and the set felt more high tech.

This room is awesome. I would definitely recommend the room and business to anyone. If you havenβt experienced an escape room with live actors I would recommend this one. At first I was skeptical about an escape room with a live actor. I am definitely glad we experienced this room. The people here are wonderful.
