This review has been edited due to a cease and desist letter. We would not recommend this experience or location for a very long list of reasons, mostly involving actual game play and setup of the room. It's unclear that we are allowed to state our opinions of the room setup, gameplay or decor outside of stating that this was by far the most disappointing room any in our party had experienced in all of our years escaping. Actually bad enough that more than one of us was upset by the general encounter and experience for multiple days.
Gameplay
Misalignment issues, a lot of "I think this is what they might want us to do if this were mounted in the right spot?"
Atmosphere
Not immersive.
Customer service
No. They weren't welcoming, actually very off-putting and we felt talked down to. Clues we were given weren't clues but "just do this" and the room instructions as we heard them specifically banned is from doing a required task for the room.

None, because unless they make some serious changes, this is definitely not worth paying more than other nearby rooms that are themed excellently and run well.
