A MILLION WAYS IN, ONE WAY OUT The year is 1955. You’ve been wrongfully accused of a crime, and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new “home” is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace…or did he? Some claim he escaped. Others swear he was murdered by the infamously cruel warden. But no one actually knows… can you escape before you suffer the same fate?

Absolutely LOVED this escape room because of its unique elements. I love how there were a lot of physical clues in this game too! It was definitely a memorable experience and I always rave about Prison Break to my friends. My top escape room recommendation from this company! P.S. Sorry for the blurry group photo LOL.
One of the best group escape rooms I’ve ever done.

We loved the gimmick of being separated at the beginning! However, we began to like the room less over time as we progressed through. Overall, still a great room!

I failed this room with my girlfriend and another random family of five. I’m quite sure if we were by ourselves we would’ve made it out but overall this room was amazing.
Great combination of linear and all over the place gameplay
Incredible atmosphere

The start of the room is the best part.

We finished this room with two people and 1:52 to spare. It was super fun and found the whole experience thrilling. Puzzles were cool and we liked the separate cells and working together. Decorations were superb and made it feel very immersive. We loved it!
Loved it! Good flow, good puzzles, fabulous decor and immersive feeling.

This is one of my favorite rooms that I've ever done. Loved being separated at the beginning. This was a challenging room, but it was very satisfying. The correct amount of difficulty, and very unique. Great atmosphere. My group had 5 and everyone was able to solve something. 5-6 people would be great. Would be more difficult to complete with less than that.

This is the best escape room I’ve ever done! The theming is generic, but still very well done. The real star here is the interactive nature of the puzzles. Many puzzles force you to interact with them physically, rather than just finding a code to put in a lock. This room always feels incredibly engaging! Plus, you start out separated in two adjacent cells, so you’re forced to communicate to escape. Here’s my best advice: the golden number is four people. Don’t play this game with any less or more than four. The two cells you start in are pretty small, and would easily feel overcrowded with three people in one, but being alone in a cell would be very daunting.

Room #195. I remember the communications on this one being spotty and the reset wasn’t complete, so the gamemaster had to come in and fix some things during gameplay. That obviously broke up the immersion aspect. Weird that this one’s an award-winner on the app. They just have remedied a bunch of stuff in the past couple of years, which is good.

The Prison Break was awesome! Katie was a great game master and said that we were the BEST team to finish with 30 minutes still on the clock and no hints. Bragging rights for us!
The staff at the Irvine location are awesome!

Really enjoy escape games rooms. They really make you feel immersed in the room that ur doing. Our group all loves this game and it was the second we did in the evening. We were like it’s a 9/10 so it’s going to be hard but all the puzzles just clicked and made sense. We got through all parts quickly and knew what needed to be done at each point. Had a few hints but not more than 4. The most frustrating thing was that there was a chess piece missing that was needed to solve a clue which threw us off as we could have escaped much sooner if we had that.
Amazing and very nice puzzles.
Loved the atmosphere it really made you feel like you were in a jail and had to escape.
Yes
There was two issues, we were not given the 4th chess piece and there was a gate that was open that wasn’t supposed to be open at that point and we needed to solve clues before getting access.

Big fan of this escape room, but definitely wasnt easy. We were pretty close to making it out with three people, but would recommend more people than that. Im a sucker for looks and this room was one of the best themed rooms ive been at so far
