The Genie's Lamp

We did this room a hot minute ago but from what I remember it was a small room with a unique and cute set design, obviously a room theme you rarely see and one we hadn't seen before. I enjoyed it but there's better rooms that North Valley has that I would recommend way before this one. North Valley's staff is always amazing, and we love them!

A really charming and unusual theme for a rooms. The set was a little small, but we really liked all the puzzles in the room. Very approachable, something I would recommend for new groups. We did this one with a lot of kids who wanted to tag along - a much different experience than if we had done it with just adults - North Valley staff were very accommodating.

I highly recommend all of the escape rooms at North Valley Escape room, except for this one. It is a whimsical room, but doesn’t feel like the same quality and effort was put into this room as all of the others. As always, the customer service at North Valley was top notch!

This game is okay. It has the coolest ceiling I have ever scene and the walls were pretty good too. But all the puzzle decor seemed cheap. There weren’t enough puzzles and a couple of them were kind of hard to identify as puzzles. But nevertheless fun and a decent experience. It made a good date night for me the MRS, though pretty expensive for two people. $45 per person. It’s only $30 per person when doing 4+ many games are more for only two people. It this was a bit too much. Especially since this is such a linear game, the more people you have the less fun it will be for everyone.

Very skippable. The puzzles all felt the same. Lots of searching through similar items for exact matches. The set was OK, but very amateurish. The best part of the room was the idea. I love an unusual theme, but it just wasn’t well executed.

The gameplay was super easy IMO. I felt like there could have been more time put into designing the puzzles. The design was great super pretty and cool.
