When Julio "El Capitan" Baltierra slew a pirate, he would raise his sword to the sky and proclaim "First, for my love Teresa, then for my country." When he fatally wounded the dread pirate Calavero, the hero made the same dedication. Calavero, with a glint in his eye, pronounced a curse with his dying breath, saying "So Teresa is your greatest treasure? As you see her, so shall the world." When El Capitan returned home, he found that a mound of priceless gems lay on Teresa's side of their bed: her golden skin became coins, her green eyes sparkling emeralds, and her heart a brilliant diamond. Driven mad with grief, El Capitan left the Spanish Armada and sailed around the world for a cure, the whole time pursued by those who coveted his precious treasure. History records the last island he visited as La Corona del Mundo, the very island you find yourself in...

I think this is my favorite game here. This game and Argo are bought from Mind Suite. I've never played the original so I can't say how they differ. I liked this one. Pretty typical pirate theme but some cool puzzles and nice set decor.

Good pirate themed room, puzzles were average and things youβve seen in other room so not super out of the box, worth the play if you come and play their other room at the same time.

This room has some very interesting components to it that would make it a great room. There are some moments that the game master chimed in on things that seemed that we had to know or were required to know because they just didnt make sense as to why we would do that. It does need an overhaul as some props were movable that should not have been or in the wrong spot. But the room is a fun a room. Argo was my favorite room at this company but if you have time jump in this room and see what you think.
There are some parts in this room that get a little frustrating and seems that you have to have some outside knowledge
Once you get into the ship the decor is better

The first room was boiling hot. My friend and I were cooking while the other group was chilling in AC, lol It definitely put the pressure on us to get out. It was an ok room. Puzzles were definitely challenging. One of the puzzles was actually so backwards that it was confusing
