You are a group of vampire hunters on a quest through the dark forest. Somehow you lose your way and stumble upon a village. The villagers were friendly and you decided to stay the night, but little did you know they are all members of a cult that worship the ‘blood thirst shadow.’ They lock you in a dungeon below his chapel to be sacrificed…

As another commenter said, they do incentivize good reviews. If you write one in the lobby you get to spin a wheel to possibly get another free room. Personally I don’t see why you would want to do another room at this place. When we walked in, the vibe felt off. The room itself wasn’t very enjoyable. We had to ask for a few hints, which the game master merely just told us what to do instead of nudge us which wasn’t my favorite. It just also didn’t seem to make much sense, the story or the puzzles. You were just doing things for the sake of doing them, the initial set up story from the game master is the only story you get. The puzzles also either seemed too easy or just had a few too many steps that made it not fun. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this room, but probably not this location at all.

Nothing was particularly exciting, most of the puzzles were just there with no purpose or story relevance.

Some parts of it seemed cool, especially in the second room, but it felt pretty worn down or cheap

Was very excited for the vampire theme and it did not disappoint. This is more on the non-linear side, so you probably will benefit from splitting up. We did and the puzzles I solved were very fun and enjoyable. I liked the atmosphere as well.

THEY INCENTIVIZE GOOD REVIEWS ONSITE with discounts so read positives with that in mind. Theme execution was great but the puzzle flow and quality was lacking. Two puzzles I was able to bypass without effort. Two other puzzles took multiple correct attempts to pass. All puzzles were pretty straight forward of varying difficulty, but one was so much more complicated and layered than the others that it felt completely out of place. I'm sure if there were more clues to link the tools together and if they removed things that mislead us, it would make this puzzle more approachable without reducing the difficulty. Also, when he finally asked for a hint for that puzzle, they didn't try to nudge us. They just gave us complete instructions on how to do it, resulting in a very unsatisfying feeling once we completed it.
