You arrive at a nondescript black door with a green light... You knock. The door slowly swings open and you're invited in... Welcome to Stash House Your group has been invited to a seemingly-normal Koreatown apartment owned by a local entrepreneur to discuss a business opportunity. Shortly after arriving, you discover the apartment belongs to Ray Jones, notorious Los Angeles drug kingpin, and that Ray has a test in store for you: find all the drugs hidden in the space and flush them before the cops arrive or face the consequences. Stash House is a ninety-minute escape experience that explores the dark underbelly of crime in Los Angeles. Does your crew have what it takes to pass the test?

My favorite escape room probably. Love that it’s 90 minutes and it’s a great space!

Stash House has been on my list for years and it definitely lived up to the hype! The puzzles were definitely on the hard side, but just challenging enough. Would definitely recommend 3-4 players at least, more for inexperienced players. The theme was also awesome and ran through all the puzzles nicely. Definitely one of the best rooms in LA!
Awesome set design and theme!

This room is awesome. It’s also huge. Perfect for big groups. Puzzles are smart. Not super difficult, but enough to make you stop to think about them. It’s big enough where you could not do half the puzzles and come back to do the rest. The owners are also rad people. Highly recommend

This one really kicked our arses. We did it with only three people and would recommend about 6 for this! All games were unique, nothing was “obvious” and we didn’t escape, though we were stoked with how close we got with so few people! Tough room, super fun.
Really unique premise. Room is designed for a large group, we made it through all but the last room, so we aren’t mad about it as there were only 3 of us.

What a great room! Stash House currently has just the one escape room but as the name suggests you use the entire house. As you enter from the street, the lighting is already dimmed and after formalities you are left to find all the hidden drugs. We played as group of 2 which allowed us to be fully immersed in all the puzzles, however, we did max out on our time and didn’t have long on the clock left. A great ending (no spoilers) and definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a PHENOMENAL room! I now understand why this room has so many awards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this room to anyone, whether you’re a newbie or an escape room enthusiast. My group of 4 are highly experienced in escape rooms but even we escaped with just 10 seconds left on the clock! We divided an conquered which was a great strategy but I feel like I still need to do the room again to try other puzzles my other teammates got to solve. There were just so many elements to this room. The room was a bit challenging but not expert level, in my opinion. You needed nudges to keep you on track but despite needing the nudges, we did NOT feel totally stuck. The puzzles may confuse you at times but you can solve it as long as you’re on the right track. The room was extremely well-thought out and executed. I told the GM my favorite escape rooms before we started but now, Stash House has taken that title. 90 minutes also made the experience even better. I appreciate escape rooms where you’re able to stay 100% immersed in the atmosphere, story and vibe. That also includes the way you are given hints or nudges. I think that adds another great touch to the craft of creating escape rooms. Our GM was very attentive to my group and knew exactly what our progress us, what puzzles were on and WHAT exactly were confused about. Very helpful with just minimal hints. When you do this room, feel confident in your GM and relax. You’ll get out as long as you aren’t stubborn when it comes to asking for hints when you need it lol. I can’t wait to do this room a second time to explore other puzzles I didn’t get to partake in completely and for them to create more rooms.
Gameplay was INCREDIBLE! When we got the hang of the puzzles they flowed very well.
Props, decor, equipment and puzzles were great! I was 1000% immersed in this room.
GM was extremely friendly and accommodating! Welcoming environment

Loved the story! Despite it being a common theme, it was executed extremely well. Storytelling was incredible throughout.
Hard
This room is incredibly fun but in total honestly, I think first-timers may struggle a bit unless they have a member or two who have experience doing escape rooms. It was pretty tricky even for my group.
Mechanical
A good balance of both but definitely more mechanical

There is an indication of the green light, but you do have to specifically be looking for it, since theres no sign.

Street parking only, we went at 6 pm and were able to find 2 spots but just be prepared to spend a little time searching.

I’ve done well over 100 escape rooms - this is easily in my top 10 escape rooms. The GM was very kind and willing to talk to us after! Really down to earth person. Fantastic set, there were things hidden so well in it, plus a lot of amazing surprises. Puzzles were fantastic and all on theme. Puzzles were also very unique - I haven’t done puzzles like that before. The way you received clues is unique and I loved it. Very non linear, I could do the room again and solve a whole new set of puzzles. If you like the 90s there are cute Easter eggs for you as well. Perfect amount of seriousness and silliness while still playing on the theme. Would highly recommend doing Stash House if you only had time for one escape room in LA.

There were some hard puzzles, but I wouldn’t say overall it was hard. Is well timed for the average group to escape.

Great escape room. it was different and not traditional escape room style. A lot of puzzles and a lot of rooms! You need a good team and from 5-6 is recommended. We escaped but I think for non-expert can be very hard and very challenging. Definitely top 10 material!
Great and very hard! A lot of puzzles 🧩

Definitely lives up to the hype! It’s an unique and interesting experience from the start to the end. I absolutely loved the puzzles and felt like it’s the best! There were all kinds of puzzles that connected to the story. The puzzles were brilliant but some of them were pretty challenging. The GM was amazing! We did it as a duo and couldn’t finish it in time. He let us finish it and talked to us for a while. Would definitely recommend at least four people, but I think it’s doable for 3 people whose into challenging room.
