You spent nearly every school break in the 90s at your familyβs cabin. When you weren't fishing, skiing, or raising your Tamagotchi, you and your cousins were playing Nintendo. After reading that a copy of your family's go-to Nintendo game just sold for nearly a Bitcoin, you realize the family's copy of the game should still be at the cabin. Unfortunately, your cousins realized the same thing too. Now it's a race to claim the cartridge! Will you get there first or will your efforts be as worthless as a Beanie Baby?

Some bits are well thought-out and others are left as blank white drywall. Lots of look-and-find for objects, a few clever details.

Our game master Sarah was amazing!

Great game with a fantastic atmosphere. Great 90s Nostalgia. Puzzles were fun but not overly difficult. Definitely recommend for any 90s kids.

Absolutely loved the 90s feel and atmosphere of this one. The props and puzzles were very clever, and solving them felt satisfying. Our game master, Charlie, was amiable, engaging, and helpful.

Really fun puzzles, good variety and they all made sense! Fun little surprises and great throwbacks even 2000s kids will love!

Lots of puzzles. We attempted with 2 people, but needed four.

We throughly enjoyed this 90s themed room, not just for the nostalgia, but we liked the puzzles and flow. The decor and set were really good, too. The only reason I donβt give it a β€οΈ is because of things with the overall experience of Quicksand (there is nothing to take notes on, the locks are hard to read and use, they donβt take team photos in the room, etc). This game, however, was our favorite of theirs.

I loved the room itself with feeling like it was entering your familyβs cabin. The puzzles were mixed with mechanical and high tech which were super fun to do! There was only 2 of us and I have to say it made it seem like we were on a time crunch based on how many puzzles there were. The room is linear which helped us as a team of two. We had a few issues along the way such as our GM randomly came into the room to check on something then left which left us confused. Then the last puzzle which is what we needed to βwinβ the game didnβt work so there wasnβt a very anticlimactic ending. The GM didnβt help in that either because he (I didnβt get his name) said βitβs not working but you did win.β The tone just wasnβt very excited as it should be when you beat the room. The GM may have killed our vibe but we didnβt let that ruin our game experience! Still a fun room to do!

90s nostalgia! The puzzles are fun and themed well to the era. The theming in the first room is a bit sparse but once inside the cabins, itβs great!
βI would say it does just enough.β
