The room seems well done. Non-linear is always a nice change of pace from typical rooms. Puzzles were not too difficult to solve, and I only found one that I thought required some sort of mental gymnastics to piece together. Customer service was lacking, the game master was unable to give us clues for about 5-7 minutes which affected the end of our game while we waited. No consolidation or apologies offered for their technical problem. Not sure I can go back for their other rooms as the situation sullied my experience.

Did you ever watch that 90's Disney Channel movie Smart Home? Yeah, that but it's your turn to escape your way out. I really enjoyed the quantity of puzzles in this space for how bare it seems when you first walk in. S.A.S.H.A. has a great variety of puzzles for your team to solve, even some that had me scratching my head at first before getting that "are you kidding me?" moment of how did I absolutely miss that. A great room for a couple, but also plenty of tasks to complete making it good for a larger group as well, even if you'll be a little squished together at first.

The room was fun but definitely more straightforward for those who have done a lot of escape rooms. Your experience depends on which GM(s) you get. When we were done with the room, we didn’t really get a word out of ours except to take a picture. It was a little awkward, leaving us thinking …”okay I guess we’re done and we’ll leave now?”

Would highly recommend to first timers as well as seasoned escape enthusiasts. Fun concept, good tech, and great flow considering the nonlinear setup.

It’s a fun room that’s great for beginners. For people who have done several escape rooms, you’ll run through the puzzles very quickly. Theme was cool, concept is fun and some puzzles required more thinking than others - but again, fairly easy. Escaped with no hints which should say something lol

Well designed room. And great story. Puzzles were imaginative and flowed really smoothly. There were some minor tech glitches on our run, but still an overall great experience. The staff and owner took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

The game was fun, we just didn’t figure out the clues in time to get to the last room, but the game master Matt was great, he keeps the game flowing and and is very theatrical and make the experience that much cooler .

We loved it. A breeze and delight for enthusiasts. For all levels. The set is great and the tech is next level. The puzzles were fun, but not mind-numbing. We just had a BLAST. So so much fun. Loved it!
