Our game-master was great! The theme & puzzles were very creative & unique. I’m glad we did the majority of the rooms one day, and ended in order with “Help Wanted”, “Dark Lullaby” and “Starlight Motel” the following day. It felt right.

So 3 of us were game testers of this room and we came back to actually play the room, we didn’t remember everything but it was still fun. The acting was the best part.

Highly recommend! One of our best experiences thus far from the 20+ rooms we have done. Great combination of puzzles and multimedia and you cannot beat the immersive experience they offer

Puzzles were medium difficulty but we did get hung up on one. They recommend four people but we made it out (barely) with just two of us.

It’s not scary but the puzzles are a little more advanced for young kids. I would take my 11 year old and he would enjoy it but probably not have been super helpful with puzzles.

Another great room from a great company in a new location! Several of the puzzles were very fresh and creative. The use of video/multimedia was among the best integrations I’ve seen. Super creative design. Excited to do more of these rooms.

As a long-time fan of Escape Artist Greenville, I was ecstatic about the news of their expansion to Hampton Station. After a few hours of reflection on “Help Wanted”, the first game of 3 at this location, I am still baffled by what we just experienced. From the setup of the story aaaaaall the way through to the story conclusion and final “escape”... we felt fully-immersed, rightfully-challenged, and highly-intrigued. “Help Wanted” was both unique in story and puzzles, with a high-concept layout that integrates the entire space of the venue (planned since buildout of the venue- how proactive and truly awesome!) The creative minds behind Escape Artist Greenville are bound to impress you with anything they touch. “Help Wanted” now sits in my top 3 of 250 escape rooms with one of my all-time favorite puzzles that was truly so unique and perfectly incorporated into the progression of the story. It’s incredible to see the continued growth from Kim, Will, Josh and the rest of the Escape Artist Greenville Team.

Two of my ABSOLUTE favorite puzzles I’ve encountered. Very fresh puzzles well designed and incorporated into the environment while being interactive to progress the story.
Atmosphere
Well themed from beginning to end. Entire building is well conceptualized to flow from check in to the end of your experience. Not a stone unturned.

A puzzle that used a projector wasn’t working properly when we played. Didn’t affect gameplay at all, the person running our game played it off really well - wouldn’t have noticed if the host hadn’t told us
