Played as a team of 4, along with the other 2 rooms at Sherlockd. We weren't sure if we were going to get to play, as game had broken the night before, and had had email from them telling us this. Their communication re this was excellent. Room was spectacular, and puzzles were also very good, with things we hadn't seen before .There was one element of the game which I thought was out of theme of the rest of it, which to me broke the immersion. Still a very good game and spectacular set. Definitely play in Amsterdam!

Wow. Just wow. What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Great storyline, fine puzzles and the set design is terrific. Has to be a “must do” when in Amsterdam. Loved it.

I’ve always loved The Room series of games. I played them before I even set foot in an escape room. A few games have come close to emulating what I must imagine being in one of those games would be like, but I imagine The Alchemist nailed it. The game genuinely feels like it draws from the same archaic, mechanical mysticism in terms of effects and gameplay. I was blown away by the opening reveal and it only got crazier from there. Utterly beautiful, moving experience.

Superb attention to details and top quality in general, which is to be expected from Sherlocked. We had some mechanical issues during the experience, though it did not spoil the room too much.

My favorite escape room to date. The puzzles were the perfect level of difficulty for my experienced escape room crew, and parts of the experience felt like actual magic. A complete delight from beginning to end!

Top notch room. Definitely worth playing. The set design is extremely impressive. The puzzles were novel though not super hard so I think you're coming more for the wow factor of the set. That said, you should come for the wow factor of the set.
