I think this was one of my favorite rooms at Escape Games At The River. All of their rooms have been really good but this one was best.

Beautiful, fully immersive themed room. There could have been more diversity in the puzzles (same lock style for much of the game). Overall very fun, not too hard but just hard enough.

Fun game with lock & key and tech puzzles. Just when we thought we were done, there was a whole other layer. GM/Owner was very nice.

Great combo of new gen and traditional locks. Great mix of puzzles. We did this with two people and its possible to complete this puzzle with just one person. Really nice combo of logic, observation, riddles and a surprising use of senses. This room is a classic. Great them and a nice way to give clues!

One of the best rooms we’ve done! Fun atmosphere, cleaver puzzles, good use of collaborative pieces. Many puzzles require two or more people. Yes, it is another pirate theme, but it’s one of the best.

This was the best pirate themed room we have done. Game play flowed well and fit the theme extremely well.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The decor is top notch so kudos to whomever designed the room. There was just 2 of us but we managed to escape with a few hints. The flow was good and the puzzles made sense. A couple of unique ones too, which kept us on our toes and we thoroughly enjoyed the progression to the end. We felt immersed in the story and like we were really on a pirate ship! Even the hint system fit well with the theme. Only issue we had though was the lighting in some areas. There is a light source to use but was not bright enough for my eyes. Had to really bring the light close to the locks for better view and accuaracy. But don't let that discourage you. This is a good one. If in the Palm Springs area or just visiting, I'd recommend this one for sure.

Very well built room with great atmosphere. Great puzzles. Not too hard for experienced players, but some new things we hadn’t seen before.

Really fun room, one of the more enjoyable rooms I’ve done. Cool puzzles. The “hardest” room at this location (45%ish success rate according to the monitors in lobby) though two of us finished comfortably with no hints and 12 minutes to spare. If you’re in the area, definitely worth visiting! Wish we were in the area longer to try more rooms here

Played with family: six adults with two serious escapers among us. We had a lot of fun: non-linear puzzles gave us a good chance to spread out and then the finale focused us together as a group more. The challenge level felt “comfortable”: we finished with a generous amount of time left, but weren’t bored. Several things seemed to have multiple clues/hints, which made it easier but sometimes felt like red herrings. The set design and theming was great, and overall I’d certainly recommend it!
“…thoughtful design choices and a high attention to detail in the set and gameplay…“
