Escobar: Part 1 (The Betrayal)The Escape RevolutionEscape roomIRLThis is the second room we’ve tried here, besides the Wrongfully Convicted one, so we already knew this place is very different from typical escape rooms. The puzzles are unique, but they don’t flow very well, and there were several moments when we had no idea what to do next. What really made the experience better was our GM (I forgot to get her name). She was attentive from start to finish and gave helpful hints that guided us along the way. Overall, it’s not a bad room if you’re looking for something a little different.
Enter the Dark Wizard's PursuitEnter Escape RoomEscape roomIRLHighly recommended if you're a Harry Potter fan! There are lots of interesting props and puzzles, and our game master, Patrick, was very helpful.
Enter WonderlandEnter Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe played this room right before the Wizard room, but somehow we liked this one better (or maybe we were just tired by the end 😅). The puzzles were a bit challenging for both of us since they required logical thinking and memorization. Luckily, our GM, Patrick, gave clear and helpful hints that guided us right away. Overall, we’ll definitely try to come back and play the other rooms when we have time!
Meow! I'm a Cat.Exit Game OC - AnaheimEscape roomIRLHonestly, I didn’t expect much from this room at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The puzzles are a little goofy (in the best way) and a lot of fun. Kids would especially enjoy it since everything is cat-themed and there are plenty of puzzles to keep them busy. We also got to meet the owner, who was also our game master, and he shared that his wife designed this adorable room. Their goal was to create a family-friendly experience, since their other room is a bit on the spooky side. Overall, such a great company. They are creative, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do!
UndercookedSaber Room EscapeEscape roomIRLA little overwhelming for just the 2 of us but we totally enjoyed every part of the room. Recommended for anyone who would like to take on challenges!
Christmas Escape RoomEscape Room Era - AnaheimEscape roomPop upThe room was decorated very well. Giselli was very nice. She even brought a cat into our room to congratulate us at the end!
Black CatPlanet Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe love the puzzles here. I personally like the fact that the room had lights on instead of having us see in darkness like other Egyptian rooms.
Hijinx at Joffre ManorNerdy by Nature Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThe room was like a mini mansion! Very well decorated!
The Bakery - Grandma's LegacyBeyond the Lock Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWe decided to celebrate our New Year's Eve at this escape room, and came out fully satisfied. We love every part of the game, the puzzles, the probs,... Our GM, who is also the creator of the room, was very welcoming and helpful. Worth the drive!
EndangeredEscape Games at the RiverEscape roomIRLHORRIBLE!! Not the game but the GM (I'm 90% sure he is the owner). He kinda gave us a negative attitude when we walked in. I knew there were groups sitting before us but he could ask us nicely to wait instead of giving us a weird look (we don't have any problem waiting btw). For some reasons, our GM was changed to Anisa during the second half of the game. She was great though! The room itself was decorated very well. However, puzzles were not very creative to me. Overall, the room was just ok.
