Read the following carefully to avoid disappointment and wasting your time and money. A lot of things went wrong: - A mechanism that didn’t work, which blocked our progress, and no one responded - No one answered the walkie-talkie to unlock the mechanism mentioned above, so we had to leave the room to find someone (15 minutes wasted in total) - We were told that those 15 minutes would be added to our time to make up for it, but since another group had to use the room afterward, they came to get us and told us we were out of time - We found a hammer in a spot in the room, and the staff came to retrieve it, telling us they’d left it there, since we were wondering what to do with it - A puzzle was set up backwards, so we couldn’t solve it from our side but only from the exit, so we were stuck (once again, someone had to come) - We find the code to unlock the exit door, we exit the game, and no one comes to get us; after several long seconds, we call someone who tells us the game isn’t over - We’re about to solve the puzzle they’ve asked us to do, and two people start tidying up the room and ask us to leave because the next group is ready -... The worst escape room experience we’ve ever had. We will likely never try any of their other rooms again. A friend who tried this same scenario at their location in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu had the same kind of experience. You should either avoid this scenario or the entire chain. It’s up to you.
