Prison BreakThe Escape Game - NYC Times SquareEscape roomIRLThis room lives up to its reputation as the most difficult room from this company. The fact that our group was separated in the beginning really adds to the difficulty but also the novelty of this room, requiring even more close group collaboration and made for some funny moments. As usual from this company, puzzles were creative, flowed well, and were well-thought out. The only weak point of this room I feel is the plot, which I felt could have been a little more creative
Batman™: The Dark Knight ChallengeEscapology - 30 RockEscape roomIRLThis puzzles in this room were difficult but in a more annoying way and not a satisfying way. Some puzzles felt more frustrating to solve. The set design was well-put together but the plot of the room was weak.
Timeliner: Train Through TimeThe Escape Game - NYC MidtownEscape roomIRLWell-made room. Great production value as to be expected from this company. Very creative theme
Haunted HouseEscapology - 30 RockEscape roomIRLWell-made room. Puzzles were straightforward and flowed well. Puzzles were a little on the simpler side but the dark and spooky ambience helped increase their difficulty a little more to compensate.
Crime SceneEscapology - 30 RockEscape roomIRLGood production quality and story. Puzzles were good but challenging. We had to take notes on our finds throughout the experience which felt like a little too much work for a 60 minute experience
Ruins: Forbidden TreasureThe Escape Game - NYC Times SquareEscape roomIRLVery well done room. In my opinion, one of the best rooms from this company. The production value was very on point and made for one of the most immersive rooms I have ever done. Puzzles were challenging but felt fair and flowed well, and also fit into the theming well.
Legend of the YetiThe Escape Game - NYC Times SquareEscape roomIRLVery well done room. Puzzles were fun to solve and difficulty was reasonable. None of the puzzles felt frustrating. Production value was great and on par with other rooms in this company. Overall great experience!
