The theme was awesome and it was interesting being split into 2 rooms, because you definitely need to communicate. We did escape but it was close. Everyone was so nice here, and even when it’s stressful, they make it fun!
The Fortune Teller and the Freak ShowClockwork EscapesEscape roomIRLThe room itself was very detailed but the puzzles themselves were very arduous, time-consuming and frustrating and nothing flowed logically. Some things we couldn’t reach and it was annoying that there was only one monitor in the 2 rooms. The GM also kept giving us hints to things we already figured out. We will probably not return to this place.
The Candy ShopAmazing Escape Room - MontgomeryvilleEscape roomIRLThis one was a lot of fun—definitely the easiest of the 3 we’ve done at Montgomeryville so it’s a great room for beginners. We escaped with 12 minutes left and there never felt like a time we weren’t sure we could get out. I thought the puzzles were varied and a lot of fun for 3 people.
The HeistThe Escape Game - King of PrussiaEscape roomIRLThis one was so fun but almost too easy— we escaped with 12 minutes left. Maybe we asked for too many hints but we got through it pretty easy. Loved the art and some of the puzzles. Everyone was great. This place has some of the best escape rooms around!!
Lab [prev. Quarantine]Amazing Escape Room - MontgomeryvilleEscape roomIRLFun and flowed well but pretty standard for this location. I could tell this was an older room but we still enjoyed it and managed to escape pretty quickly. I was expecting a big finish at the end because of the reviews but there wasn’t one—we didn’t even realize we had finished once we acquired the antidote. But it was a good game.
