Obłęd [Asylum]

I have to say I was a bit disappointed after reading so many positive reviews. By no means was it a bad experience, but to me it felt more like a puzzle room with an attempted theme rather than a full experience with a coherent story and puzzles. At the beginning, there was a strong attempt to establish a story. We received one storyline via a message and another from the game master. Unfortunately, as soon as the game started, the story went out the window and was never mentioned againand, the actual game had nothing to do with it. The puzzles were good, very escape roomy, some felt a bit random in the inveroment, but overall well solvable game. While the first part of the room had a nicely themed set, the second half took a rather strange turn. By the end of the game, I had completely forgotten that we were even playing an asylum game. If you’re going to play this room, expect puzzle room in a spooky environment and I think you can have fun there. I should also mention that we played the version without an actor, I can't imagine how an actor would meaningfully fit into this experience.

This is a spooky room, but not technically horror. There is some darkness and a few light jump scares, but nothing too bad. There was a great collaboration puzzles at the beginning, and some pretty cool effects. Two puzzles we had small issues (one was not reset to English and one was a sensor error), and we though the GMs weren’t paying attention. But we then realized the GMs didn’t have microphones in the room, so we had to use the walkie talkie to let them know. Small hiccups, but they didn’t detract from the game. The story was a little unclear to me, but it doesn’t seem clear story lines are big here? All in all, super glad I played it. Now 8 more Exit19 rooms to go!

The beginning of the game made me feel uneasy but the atmosphere was spooky nice. Rooms were nice not too little other things but not too many to make you confused. What I really liked was the fact that every time we opened door we though it's the end but no.

We absolutely loved this game! The roomasters were lovely and kind to us. We also enjoyed the game without an actor, so we could focus on the puzzles and weren’t so scared that we couldn’t think and move. It has very impressive design and atmosphere. Definitely worth trying! ❤️

It was a spooky room where cooperation is necessary almost the entire time. It is a rather big room. Some riddles were not to easy or better harder than medium. The gamemasters were nice.

All in all a really great room. Very atmospheric. Some things should be restored. But still very fun to play.
