For years, paranormal hunters have tried to eradicate the unearthly existence of the vampire. You have joined the hunt and now stand in the shadow of Bran Castle, home of The Last Vampire. Find the fiend responsible for so much death, and end his dark domain once and for all. Darkness falls in 60 minutes…hurry! For centuries, the poor town of Berchtesgaden, Bavaria has been terrorized by Astaroth, the Last Known Vampire. Benjamin Van Calson, the bravest Vampire Hunter in all the land, was the town’s only hope at destroying this bloody-thirsty villain. However, Benjamin met his demise at the hands of Astaroth in 1809 and his stake is said to be on display within the walls of Bran Castle, the Vampire’s evil lair. It is now the fall of 1821 and the little town of Berchtesgaden’s population is shrinking by the day, as The Vampire picks them off one by one for his nightly feast. With hope dwindling, they have summoned you, Bavaria’s smartest paranormal hunters, to help infiltrate Bran Castle and destroy the Vampire forever. It is your mission, with the aid of the servants forever trapped inside, to find Astaroth’s four weaknesses and retrieve Benjamin’s beloved stake in order to destroy this creature forever and save the town from extinction. Night falls in 60 minutes and Astaroth will awaken for his next feeding! Hurry!**

This is a long overdue review. My spouse and I did this room 1-2 years ago and loved it. We successfully escaped as a duo with zero hints, but we definitely felt like we were racing against the clock the entire time. There were a LOT of puzzles! I think it'd be a great room for larger groups, since there's plenty of space and parallel puzzling. The space is immersive and atmospheric, with interesting and thematic puzzles. Highly recommend provided you're ok with some tension and the occasional surprise! The owner was there when we went, and they and the game master were kind enough to talk with us about the rooms after we finished. They were super nice and obviously love what they do. I'm sad we didn't get to play the biker room before it closed, but we're excited to try the new room they're opening in 2025.

They nailed the spooky atmosphere. Loved their use of lighting: it not only added to the mood, but helped provide some guidance in a large space that's full of puzzles.

Parallel puzzling and a large physical space makes this a great choice for larger teams. The quantity of puzzles will add a challenge for smaller groups, but we escaped as a pair so it's definitely doable!

Sick room!! Had great theming, awesome puzzles and pretty good tech. We did this with two (which is tricky) but we were able to complete it with maybe 2 hints. For my anxious friends, there were some tense moments with mild jump scares, but nothing too terrible. The GM was great and answered my questions about the scare level because I was nervous. I highly recommend!

The aesthetic, the complications to setup the mechanics to run and reset everything to prepare for the next group- omg. Makes you wish you came in an all garlic costume!

But I know we had a great time in this room. I can confidently say it's good because there really isn't a bad room at encrypted. Even their first room is great. The puzzles and theme were fun.

The Last Vampire is incredible! For a team who actively avoids anything spooky - we loved this experience! A fantastic amount of jump scares, thrills, and exhilaration. Our favorite feature was the light 💡 wow if more rooms adopted this, that would be something.

What a great experience. The game masters were awesome, the theming was outstanding, and this room was TENSE. So many parts that were so well-executed. It was clever, the puzzles were good, not a lot of locks. Just all around great.

This room was spooky but super fun! Really enjoyed this one and it was pretty difficult as it took a group of 4 of us who are all very experienced in escape rooms longer then we thought it would have. But we did end being 9th place on the weekly leaderboard. You may not escape this one so be prepared but if you do the ending has a cool surprise!
