I really enjoyed this room. It’s not flashy or over the top, like the hot games out there, but it is a solid room all around. It has a great set with attention to detail and a couple of surprises up its sleeve, it has some really good and unique puzzles, and it flowed really well. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to enthusiasts and beginners alike. I recommend 3-5 players as it is largely a linear room.
Great flow in this room. The puzzles all made sense and it was a lot of fun.
The set is really well done. The attention to detail is apparent and there were a couple of nice surprises.
Nice enough staff. Showing up to a locked door and having to contact someone to open it is not a very welcoming first impression of the company.
The story flowed very nicely with the puzzles and set.

There was a nice mix of both, but the high tech portions of the room were well done.

A bit of a macabre theme so it’s not for younger children.

Unfortunately, there was audio clue that did not trigger correctly (it instead repeated one that was given earlier). This caused us to ask for our only clue and the GM kept asking us if we had not heard the audio clue, which means he definitely wasn’t listening/paying attention or he would’ve known that we never heard that audio cue. Otherwise, the room is in good upkeep.

I don’t think there are any portions of the room that would prevent anyone with impairments from enjoying the room.

Secret at Whitmore estate was a great gen 2.5 ish room. It was a great mix of standard escape room with some newer stuff too. Really nice haunted mansion/clue esc set design, some good puzzles, and a fun finale. Unfortunately one audio cue didn’t work which made us waste about 10 minutes, and the GM denied it happening, but otherwise a great game if you’re in the area.

This is a great rendition of mystery at a manor, with a lot of inspiration drawn from Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. The puzzles themselves are fairly standard (good mix of locks and high tech stuff), but what sets it apart is the craftsmanship and attention to detail found in every corner of the room. From the intro video to the custom built props, everything in this room screams quality. This room would be a perfect place to take a first timer to show them why escape rooms are so fun. Note that there is a mature theme and some scary props, so little ones might or might not like it. If they handle Haunted Mansion at disneyland fine they should be able to handle this one.

Some really fun puzzles and the mystery theme was prominent throughout. Solving things felt very satisfyingly and loved the use of sound in the room. Felt like there was great care in creating this room and enthusiasts will really enjoy the attention to detail in here. We did have 1 minor hiccup where something was not reset properly but the GM stopped the timer and had us wait in the start area while making a quick adjustment. Not that big a deal for us. Our team of 4 got through this with just 1 hint, which we were kicking ourselves for not being as observant as we should have been. Overall, a solid room for an afternoon of fun.

minor set piece not reset but timer was stopped and they made sure we didn't see them walk in to fix it as to take away too much of the immersion.

I enjoyed this game. The set design is great in the starting area but that seems to be where they spent most of the money as it gets a little spartan as you progress through the game. Still, there are some nice props and a couple of clever puzzles (the other ones are not “non-clever,” but they are mostly very easy). The voice actor for the main NPC is suitably hammy, as the situation most certainly demands. Recommended but with the caveat that two players would be better than four as there isn’t all that much to do.

Yet another room where you can see the love and effort put into it. Puzzles stood out to me a lot, very logical and flowed well. Really pretty set design, kind of like a mystery who did it kind of thing. What this does room does right is definitely the story, each puzzle actually connects and progresses you in the story, which I don't see other cookie cutter rooms do, which makes this one really immersive.
Puzzles were creative and unique.
Theming was done right along with the plot drops.
GM and hosts were very friendly.

Lots of great tech and puzzle variety, and does a pretty good job of presenting multiple puzzles at a time so players can be working on separate puzzles simultaneously, and some fun puzzles that required players to be simultaneously doing things in separate rooms. That said, it felt like there were "too many keys, and not enough locks"; we were constantly finding keys before finding the locks they went to, which felt weird and out of order. One bigger complaint is that the final puzzle is very simple and doesn't feel at all like it'll be the "final puzzle". So when we got the clue for it, one person in the group ran off to another room to do it, which triggered the finale, which the rest of us missed because we weren't in the room. We also had about half an hour left at that point, and all had an "is that it?" reaction when the host came in.

This was a good room. Nothing more, nothing less. The setting is nice, the set looks cool, and the puzzles are fun. There is nothing mind blowing here, but we had a good time. We played this with a group of 4, and finished with 30 minutes left on the clock, without trying to play for speed at all. This is one I would personally save for when you have played all of the higher rated games in the area!

Whitaker was a good room! I liked how clever the puzzles were, there was about 75% technology and 25% basic lock and keys. I personally like more technology type puzzle then basic lock and keys. I came with a group of 6, which i’d say is ideal, a little less could be good, around 4-5 people so it’s not so chaotic. Overall loved the room and definitely planning on coming back to do Headcase.
Definitely had to think outside the box which is what I like.
Very immersive, had a little spooky theme but definitely on point.
Once greeted staff was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

The set was cool and the puzzles were fun. I enjoyed the puzzles in Headspace more (same location), but this was a very solid room.
