The Wizard’s Quest

Okay, I have a lot to say. We can start with the positive. The puzzles were really fun and well thought out. I had a blast solving them and they were better than some I had seen. But, the story was awful. You start with Harry Potter and then randomly, it feels like you are in a ghost prison with no characters from Harry Potter being mentioned. The flow was also not great. You had to cross the third room to get to the second, then lock the door yourself. Again, I had a blast and it wasn’t the worst, but it felt like I was randomly solving puzzles with no goal. We started with Harry Potter and ended with Demon Lord.

First time at Xcape Room as this place bypassed my escape room radar! Me and my husband did the Prison of the Dark Wizards which is a bonus being 75 minutes instead of the usual 60 minutes which was even better. Multiple rooms, great atmosphere and decor and lots of really great puzzles, some even Crystal Mazey which I loved. Very impressed.
