Moriarty's Game: The Professor's Invitation [Outdoor]

The game is loads of fun - you get text messages and explore London - the puzzles are cleverly designed...but at one point a text that we sent through they simply didn't get. I kept re-sending it but all that happened is we got dinged for asking for too much help. The big problem was that it wouldn't tell us our next location despite several attempts as the "system" thought we had moved on - and there was no way to contact someone IRL...I tried their number but nothing. We were at a full stop until another team came along and we explained the situation and told us where to go next.

After the issue described above I contacted customer service who agreed that we were the victims of a glitch - they have offered us a freeplay.
