Congratulations! You've been recruited to go on a ghost hunt at the abandoned hotel! Since ghosts aren't real, why not enjoy exploring for the rumored lost valuables inside? Youβve heard rumors of the long-abandoned Hotel Le Renard. Some say itβs haunted, others say the previous owners hid something valuable on the 13th floor but lost it. The popular opinion is that asbestos keeps curious eyes away. Regardless, your team of amateur ghost hunters has been recruited to take care of business! Ghosts aren't real, so there's nothing to worry about right?

1 escape room
It was my first ever escape room, so I will rate my experience very narrowly. We were a group of 4. 1 flash light was provided which wasn't enough. Room was pretty hot and the shaking took away from the experience. Staff was good, plenty of hints.
Again being a first timer I'm hesitant to comment on the flow but personally wasn't impressed. As a family outing however we had fun
Room was hot for my personal taste. I can't imagine the experience with the max number of people (6). 4 is plenty
Staff was fine

As a first timer with 3 other first timers it was difficult. Even with the hints we didn't finish. There were A LOT of puzzles, imo overkill, flow wasπ€·πΎββοΈ.

Room max is 6, we initially were going to invite 2 more, glad we didn't as 6 people would have been to many for the room size imo

Good room, good design. Not as much of a full motion experience as expected. Would still try other rooms here as it's in a good location to hang out for a day. Cameras in room, clues given through walkie talkie.

This is a fun room with straightforward puzzles. The motion aspect is cool. There was a nice mix of padlocks and seamless tech throughout. It is a beginner-friendly room suited for groups of 2-3.

My group were all pretty experienced, so I felt like I blinked and the room was over! The motion effect in the elevator portion was fun and something Iβd not experienced before.

My partner and I did this room this evening and enjoyed ourselves. The staff at The Escape Artist seems incredibly kind. Our host was so friendly and helpful throughout, and very assuring when he saw us struggling with some of the more tech-heavy puzzles. The initial room is cool because it moves (thatβs the big selling point for The 13th Floor), and I think that movement was exciting and novel, but didnβt really impact the gameplay all that much. The first part of the game is in a dark room and relies pretty heavily on flashlights, so having extra hands to hold lights is useful, but kind of tedious. The number of times I was fumbling with locks whilst trying to hold a flashlight was embarrassing. When we got to the second room, it was nice to have more light, but the puzzles in the room didnβt quite feed into the story in the same way the puzzles in the elevator did. There were multiple mechanical puzzles that relied more on skills than they did problem-solving. I found the ending rather anticlimactic. In summary: I liked the room. I didnβt leave disappointed. This room met expectations, and I think Iβll leave it at that.
It was neat, and the moving room was a fun touch. I do think some of the puzzles didnβt really make sense in terms of story, but they were fun to solve all the same.
The staff was very kind. The room is definitely a little tired, and some things need updating/fixing, but it was a cool vibe.
It was OKAY. Not great, but okay. I donβt think the story was very well incorporated into the room, but I did like the elevator.

Honestly, I think my team just overthought too much. A lot of the puzzles were easy as long as you didnβt think too hard about them.
Mechanical
Some Gen 2 locks, but mostly standard locks

I did it with 2, and thought it was very manageable. The first space was pretty small, so I wouldnβt push past 4.
Not scary
Maybe SOME spook, but Iβm a wimp and I wasnβt frightened at all.

As a wimp, I can confidently say that this room wasnβt scary. The themes were mildly spooky, but the space itself was totally fine.

Somewhat. We went in the dark, so it wasnβt EASY, but we found it (especially since there were pictures of the outside here on Morty)

It moves⦠but does that make it more fun? Some props need updating.
