Professor Hertzu is THE expert in the field of horrifying psychiatric treatments from the past. You are taking his college course on the History of Inhumane Mental Health Interventions. He has summoned you to stop by his office to discuss your Lobotomy term paper on the man who won a Nobel Prize for drilling into patient’s skulls, making them zombie-like, but “curing” their ailments. Your classmate that recently visited the professor hasn’t been the same since his review. While waiting in his office and looking at his evil medical instruments and artifacts, you begin to wonder if he’s really a historian of these cruel & obsolete treatments or if your professor might be resurrecting past tortures for his personal pleasure.
33 escape rooms
Better set design than other Key and Code rooms, but atrocious puzzle design. Twisted Treatment hits some of the big design flaws that are to avoided in any room, such as Red Herrings (why ever put these in a room) and information/props that provide information that is entirely useless. This room’s puzzles are bad and make the room difficult to a point where I believe the room is simply not fair. Combine that with some puzzles simply not being fun, and you have the recipe for a bad room. I hope new players avoid this room as it may turn them off of escape games altogether. 3/10.

Colorblind ness would make a puzzle in this room literally impossible.
