While the set design is really cool, this game has a lot of issue with its puzzles. There was one lock that was very used and some of the letters were missing. Then there was another puzzle that was very finicky. Overall I personally did like playing this room but I might have been the only one in my group because of the problems that we had. The GM was also the only person working on this particular day so there were delays with hints but that’s not his fault. They just need to have more staff to help him.

Great set and theme. The issue with this room was the owner. Apparently he was understaffed...at least thats the explanation we got when we confronted him. We were asking for hints that never came because he was running multiple rooms by himself. It was a waste of time and money when we couldn't get past a puzzle and couldn't get a clue because of staffing issues. Close rooms if you don't have staff to run. Don't charge us to sit in a room begging for clues for more than 15 minutes. Wasn't even given a sincere apology or refund.
Owner | Baker Street Escapes
Hey Summer Anne, I am sorry to hear you had a not so great experience. I would reach out to you regardless because of the rough experience but I especially want to reach out to you because of the reason for the bad experience. I am the owner, Dan Arnett (dapperdanarnett) but I am definitely not the person you met that day so disciplinary action is needed for that employee if they are claiming to be the owner and even worst not taking care of our guests. The games are designed for simple resets and we give all of our employees ample methods for interacting with guests through a Hint System that appears on screen in the game. If you received no aid, then the employee is at fault and I need to take care of them so this doesn't happen to others. Please call and ask to speak with Dan.

Overall enjoyed the room. Had good set design. The room had a few interesting puzzles, but also had one aspect of a puzzle that didn’t seem to make sense to us.

Loved the theme of this room but some of the puzzles did not function properly which took away from the experience

Everest was a very fun good and I imagine it would be very great for families. This game does have some bumps and bruises and it's age is showing but for the most part, we had a good time. The story was well thought out and the set design was a solid 7 out of 10 for me.

This was one of my first escape rooms… well one of the ones that was catalytic to my new obsession. When you experience better you can’t go back. Although now that I have played a few more escape rooms there are others that impressed me in different aspects, but this game will be one I will always recommend.

Room design and puzzle concepts were solid. However, not all the puzzles worked which really confused us and we didn’t seem to get much help from the game manager. Near the end, there were like 2 whole puzzles that weren’t reset which further confused us on what we should even be working on. It was also strange how there were no ceilings between us and any other rooms. We could loudly hear other groups working in other games. At one time they were celebrating so loudly we couldn’t hear our own group. Overall, the room set and puzzles were good but had a disappointing experience.
