We had a great time doing the bank heist room. The puzzles were nearly all ones we could work out in the end with a few we couldn't get that our games master helped us with. It was perfectly balanced to help us get out in time. The room felt realistic with everything in working order with some items a little worn which worked fine in the setting. The puzzles were varied and kept us busy. We had a team of two. Recommended and we will go back to try their other rooms.
Good variety of puzzles and nice the linear approach worked well. A few were not as obvious and we needed help with them.
It worked well as a bank setting with all the expected furniture. Not too fancy but was immersive. Do not touch signs were I assume needed to avoid damage but only took us out of the immersion a little.
Very welcoming and helpful
Good story to support the puzzles. Most puzzles felt true to the story with only one we needed help with that felt a bit out of place.

Some of the game is played in the dark. Some of it requires being able to hear but other players could fill in the gaps as these are only a couple of puzzles. If you can make it up the stairs to the venue then you should be fine with this game mobility wise.

We parked in the train station car park the other side of the tracks to where the escape room is.
