This game was good with some challenging puzzles and has potential to be better. It was such a shame that there was multiple parts not working which massively let the overall experience down.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had in an escape room my some margin. The room itself wasn’t awful, puzzles were okay and the set wasn’t bad (although it’s not as immersive as other titanic rooms I’ve done). It just so happened we got a host who didn’t seem in the mood to be there. After leaving us outside for a while and ignoring us, he then made a few remarks about how we had booked the room late on last minute. He seemed annoyed about this as though he was looking forward to closing. On a human level I appreciate the feeling but when you’re paying for an experience you don’t want to he called out for it. During the room he gave us a number of clues in a condescending tone (if this was acting I wouldn’t have mind… but it clearly wasn’t), besides the clues were often necessary becuse of a broken puzzle. This has the potential to be a good room but it needs more love and care. The main issue was the host though. Unfortunately I won’t be going to any other of this venues rooms.
