King Arthur, the Kingdom’s beloved and just ruler has passed away following a short and surprising illness. The kingdom mourns his death, but even more worrisome, they are left without a new king. King Arthur had no heir. The people are lost and confused as forces both inside and outside the kingdom plot to take control.

To prevent war, King Arthur’s Magician and right-hand man, Merlin, devise a method to choose the new King. He sends out a call far and wide across all the kingdoms to come and compete in the Royal Trials!

Champions from far and wide can come to the Kingdom to compete, in a magical tournament designed by Merlin himself to test the worthiness of each contestant. You and your band of merry folk decide to try your hand as well and make the journey to the kingdom.
