Asile Psychiatrique [Psychiatric Asylum]

The concept for me was very triggering but if you can handle it, all good. We found it very difficult and my friend was upset that we were separated for a portion of the game. Interesting though

My personal favourite of the three A/Maze Plateau games. A fun split start with some interesting and varied puzzles. Played comfortably as a duo with a few hints given and 8 minutes to spare. Not any kind of stand-out room but still a good time if you’re itching for an escape, which I always am.

"A decent experience, but nothing memorable." We played as a team of two in a room that, unfortunately, showed signs of wear and tear. The set design seemed outdated, and some elements could use a refresh to provide a more immersive experience. The game itself flowed decently, but nothing really stood out in terms of innovation or surprises. The Game Masters weren’t always very engaged, which occasionally broke the immersion. We also felt the experience ended quite quickly, leaving us a bit unsatisfied. Overall, it was an okay activity, but it could benefit from updates to offer a more impressive and engaging experience.

We had a lot of fun in this room. The immersion of the room was self contained and potent. From the start you do feel like you are in the world of the game. Unfortunately when we went the GM seemed very uninterested and wasn't even able to properly set up the beginning of the game properly (which she blatantly admitted). This room definitely merits a visit though. If the concept intrigues you it's definitely worth the play.

This one was really interesting, the puzzles were some of my favourites, and the theme was excellently excecuted
