We love our terrifying adventures with Matty, but we know it can be spooky for even the bravest souls! We're glad to have been able to make your experience as much fun as possible, and we can't wait to have you back for Chapter 2!

Overall, another solid room by Escape Hour. I’ve done tons of escape rooms, but this was my first scary room that I had played. Although I think I would have enjoyed it more without the fear element, we still had a great time. There were a handful of very innovate puzzles, but even the traditional-style puzzles were still fun. Lots to explore, and the staff was incredible as always. There seemed to be less puzzles than I’d usually expect, but the pacing was good due to being slowed down by the lingering fear of a jump scare.

The cabin was a traditional actor led game that was a cross between Annabelle, Zoe, and the ring. It was fun with lots to do. Great time. Actor was great. The game keeps you moving. If you get scared easy you’ll probably be delayed some. Pay attention to what the audio tells you it’s important.
Just one thing didn’t make a lot of sense

Truly a fantastic horror room. Multiple large spaces with intracte puzzle that had you going back and forth. The set design was amazing and fairly cohesive throughout. Our game master Ky was just the sweetest and extremely helpful with (well needed) clues throughout. Many delightful scares and surprises.

We absolutely loved this room. We were a group of 7. One of our group didn’t stay because of one of the scary elements, but I won’t spoil things. My 29 yo daughter sat in a corner screaming for a full minute! Puzzles were super cool and there was a ton of teamwork. We loved it!
Flowed very well.
Super immersive.
So nicely!
To be honest, I can’t remember much of the story because it was scared out of me!

I underestimated how scary this would be. Our group thought the reviews are exaggerating. They are not. It was genuinely horrifying. 3 of the 4 of us did not enjoy just how scary it was, but still rating the room high because they did warn us, we just didn’t listen. The most thematic room we’ve ever done.

The Cabin (Part 1) was a one-of-a-kind experience. It was scary with unique and well themed puzzles. Everyone on the crew was absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to do the rest of the games they offer.

I can’t properly rate this room since I generally dislike and underperform in scary rooms. It was very immersive, and I was on edge the whole time. We were told the actor can touch you, but once we were acquainted with the live actor, it became less scary.
Staff was in character right when you walk in the door.
