The customer service and game guide introduction was a standout for this room! The atmosphere was really immersive. The puzzles were pretty linear with traditional combo locks and lots of searching/tossing the room. There are some twists that gave my group a laugh! We found the puzzles to be all very intuitive and a bit easy for our experienced group (I think we set the monthly record), but overall, this was a really fun experience. We were even a little disappointed when it was over so quickly.
Gameplay
Includes searching for stuff, hidden compartments, looking around the environment for clues, and word puzzles. Lots of reading.
Atmosphere
Multiple rooms, great quality set. I liked that hints were given with in-universe flair

One puzzle had been pre solved by a previous party that wrote on something they weren't supposed to. The company immediately moved to fix it after we finished the room.
