It is December 31, 1999, the world is getting ready for the turn of the year which can be very special. Several people fear that this is the last day on earth. Computers won't be able to handle the year 2000 and people are preparing for chaos. In Woerden, people are stocking up on food/drink and other stuff to make sure they can survive the coming period.
