Permanently Closed - Years ago, the Santa Dorotea Psychiatric Hospital was considered a leading and renowned institution, but since its mysterious closure in 1961 its facilities have fallen into complete oblivion despite being located in the very center of Barcelona. Documentation on its activity is almost non-existent and access to the site has been strictly prohibited for almost half a century. However, this state of total and absolute closure seems to have come to an end. After investigating some very strange events and tracking down a series of heinous crimes that could have been committed in this very location, the investigative agency you work for has pulled their strings and managed to do you a favor in a exceptional and unprecedented. Your team has been given a special permit that will allow you to access this psychiatric institution in order to investigate and document the interior of the old sanatorium. Of course, you will do it closely followed and under strict conditions, which only raises suspicions... You must take advantage of this unrepeatable opportunity to shed light on what happened in the asylum and try to gather information about its former head, the also missing director.
