This room I actually enjoyed some parts of it. The task that was time consuming was a puzzle that requires 'exact precision and execution' - too many trials and errors - this task was pretty much next to impossible to solve. The good thing is you can ask for a bypass **we were too close to getting it but we just had to**

If you ignore the final puzzle this is a really fun room.  The puzzles are higher difficulty than any of the other rooms at this location so I appreciate that.  The vibe is cool.  The puzzles are interesting and very thematic.  

Unfortunately there is a final puzzle that really sucks the momentum out of the room and could easily be revamped to be good (for example, only 2 people can do the puzzle at a time, so the rest of the group is just doing nothing watching, it could easily be changed so 4 people can actively participate).  

Overall I think the room is a great time despite that puzzle.  This and cursed dungeon are the two I’d recommend here

Waste of time.  Illogical puzzles. Puzzle masters were dismissive when we asked for hints.   Did three rooms in one day and based off this experience i was ready to just leave and loose my deposit rather than waste more time.  I stayed for the other two and regretted it.

if you are considering going here don’t. the majority down votes on the scale say enough  don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your time on this room. No flow at all and illogical puzzles.
First task in the fire room was not working and the second was impossible to complete. We quickly knew what to do and did it but the door did not drop. Through a hint they told us to move slower, take smaller steps and don’t jump off the end. Wasted so much time repeating the same task before we got it. Gm entered the room and I asked them to complete the “friction” task. They used a flashlight although one was not provided for us and she still could not do it.
In the earth room completion would be near impossible without a hint. There was nothing to indicate what you had to do nor if you were on the right track.
Although I blew repeatedly on the wind table the light never came on. They said I didn’t blow hard enough.
We needed several hints but still didn’t not come close to finishing. I highly doubt they watched us in the room because there were times the hints they were giving us were exactly what we had already tried.
The 2 workers were clearly as frustrated with us as we were with them. Very rude and unprofessional.
